QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
Under Michigan constitution This is no longer a valid question.
Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.
Strongly Agree
The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.
Strongly Agree
The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.
Strongly Agree
ECONOMY
What is your position on the minimum wage?
Let stop playing with minimum wage. Every time you raise it move people loose jobs and the financial needs increase to stay even. It should be based upon merit.
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.
Total Audit of the budget. Pay off all state Debts require all local governments to pay off their debts before spending new money.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
I would go back to the founding fathers. The state would not dictate how a Faith based organization should run and not step into the rolls the Faith based organization would provide. This includes Social programs.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Neutral
This question is bogus. You don't identify the entities or organizations. for instance, would you require a member of Islam or Judaism to sell pork products in their Deli stores because a Baptist requested it. The supreme court has made this clear you cannot force someone to violate their Moral rights to support another. I support individuals Moral and Religious systems but not your question
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
Since the Government has broken into the health care system, they have messed things up. The state can not change requirements for Medicare or Medicaid. But we should be able to audit the programs and find the fraud. we also need to better determine what is actually covered. for instance what is the cost of Medicare (currently 210 per month) but then you have to pickup the first 3k - 5k of expenses. I think we could find a better solution.
The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.
Strongly Disagree
NATIONAL SECURITY
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
Our relationship with Isreal is important to our safety. If you believe in the bible, at some point we will be in a ware in Isreal. If you don't that's fine, but you must realize the closeness of our relationship.
IMMIGRATION
I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.
Strongly Disagree
We have laws passed by congress to regulate our boarders. those laws should be enforced. This also means our local law enforcement should be turning convicted criminals who are here illegally transferred to federal control. Not released back into the general population where more crimes can be committed.
EDUCATION
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
Since the feds have increased control over education, we have seen a decrease in performance and increase in cost both at primary and Secondary education at the cost of trade schools.
Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.
Strongly Agree
Only foreign funds coming in should be coming in to support actual students
VALUES
Government should recognize and support the fundamental right and essential duty of parents to direct their child's health and educational well-being.
Strongly Agree
Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.
Strongly Agree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
I do recognize the Supreme court has altered this. I believe the courts got this wrong.
I support the expansion of gambling in my state.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a converted Born again, evangelical conservative spiritually filled catholic. Which means I believe in the full manifestation of the Holy spirit who with the father through Jesus Christ who was born of the Virgin Mary Died and was buried, he rose again on the Third day in fulfillment of scripture. It was through this act I have salvation from sin, but I am still a sinner who has human issues.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
We have to have Photo identification to buy alcohol, to be lawfully employed in the United States (form I-9), among other things so why not for when we vote. Even the Democratic party convention required Photo ID to attend the Convention.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
Where does this stop. during the early 1800's the Irish were slave labors building US-12 and the Transcontinental railroad. Not to mention the Chinese who worked from San fran, But you never hear about these other people who were enslaved.
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Strongly Disagree
Man-made Climate change is a misinterpretation of data which has been manipulated to support a political position.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Pocket Nuclear reactors. We have been using these generators for years without issues.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Wish this had been broken better. Economic I am very conservative. I believe the government should be running a balanced budget at both the state and Federal level. As a state legislator I believe I have a right to hold our congressional delegation accountable for not passing a balanced budget. When it comes to social issues, I believe the state should not be in this as social issues belong to faith-based institutions.
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
To find criminals both foreign and domestic, to seek truth and Justice when required.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
Agree
It is also the role of Parents to have an active role in protecting their children. in some cases it is the government that is the biggest threat to the health of our children.
Sharia law should not be accepted or incorporated in any form within the legal framework of the United States.
Neutral
While I do not support (honor killing, underage marriages, and Polygamy) all aspects of Sharia Law, I also do not want to govern religious institutions legal systems. for instance, the Catholic church has a legal system that at times work with social reforms. the same goes with other church based legal systems which has some impact on social conditions.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
I support constitutional Carry. however I am also willing to consider options to include training and some restrictions based upon mental state.
