OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

For no reason should abortion be allowed.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I believe property taxes need to be reformed. As it stands we don't really own our property.

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Once in office I would like to familiarize with the budget, audit agency and department spending to cut unnecessary spending and balance the budget.

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

This is not the purpose of government. History shows that when things are free, they are not valued.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

The Declaration of Independence asserts that Americans have an unalienable right, which includes the rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This right gives an individual or privately owned business a justified claim to be left alone by others which cannot be given or taken away by others.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

The United States Constitution according to the first amendment protects the right to freedom of religion and freedom of expression from government interference. This protects churches from any law that would impede the free exercise of religion or interfere with the right to peacefully assemble. i

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

This is a very comprehensive issue, more than can be be said then can be adequately explained here. However, we need to start with finishing the wall and enforcing border security.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Laws that would provide legal immigration based on merit, refuge for those fleeing persecution and reuniting families could be ones I support. Getting control of the illegal immigration would go a long way in giving the space to allow for legal immigration.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Agree

I think it is important to look towards bills that would allow parents to keep taxes that would normally go to a state funded school to be used for their choice of education. It would be very important to me that the wording of the bill and the way that the voucher works would not come with any strings attached. This could help increase competition in the market and work towards making all school choices better.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

Our country's forefathers founded America according the Judeo-Christian values and I think it is vital that we continue following this framework. Without having a foundation within which to establish laws, we will have no standard for truth. If we rely on man's truth, then we will flounder. We must have a foundation on which to base how our government functions.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

There are two genders. Male and female.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

The Bible is very clear that marriage is between one man and one woman and that is what I hold as my standard on this issue.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Although CRT tries to come across as anti-racist, it actually actively encourages discrimination by identifying oppressors and victims by color. It teaches that our laws promote racial domination and advocate for guilt based on past injustices.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe in the primacy of Jesus Christ. My relationship with Him and the Bible is my standard. I believe in the pursuit of truth and wisdom based on this foundation.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Obtaining a photo ID is very easy and is required for most things in life. Voting should be no different.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Oklahoma is one of the best states that protects against voter fraud. I would not vote on any bills that want to bring in electronic voting and would vote on bills that continue to strengthen our protected modes of voting and reduce the number of absentee voting days.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Only as the rise of Marxist organizations like BLM try to infiltrate our government. We should not counteract racism with more racism.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Moving forward is the best way for our country to survive. We cannot give reparations for things done way in past generations or there would be no end and there is no measuring stick.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

To uphold and protect the constitution, protect individual rights, maintain secure borders, and provide funding for courts, prisons, roads and bridges.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gsfr781FGSc

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am fighting for the heart, soul and future of our nation. I will do everything I can to keep our state falling under the federal regime of the Biden administration. I will not take any money or gifts from pacs, special interest groups, lobbyists or corporations. This means there will be no string attached when it comes to my voting. I will be a true representative of the people, for the people and elected by the people. I have been knocking on doors in my district to give a job interview to each person who will vote for me. This is how it should work. I represent you and will continue to do so after I have been elected. This means staying in contact with you by sending regular reports on my voting record, attendance, upcoming bill schedule and legislation results. I will play the role as public servant, and restore the authority of We the People.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

Certain age restrictions and restrictions based on certain criminal history and illegal citizenship. I do not believe in or support red flag laws, I am against them. The second amendment was written for citizens to protect themselves against tyrannical government, therefore legal citizens should have the ability to obtain guns.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
