QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None. Abolish Abortion. In a medical emergency where the mother's life is in imminent danger, you must triage. For instance, in the case of an ectopic pregnancy where there is no other option to save the mother I wouldn't consider it to be an abortion. You must evaluate the situation and take the necessary action to save at least one life. This would be a case of medical triage between the child and the mother, not abortion. I also believe that we must stop regulating abortion, and completely abolish it. I believe we are at a point in our culture in Oklahoma where we can do that. Medical science has progressed enough where it is not just a Christian stance that the child is a human life, and many Oklahomans are aware of that.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Not only should they be COMPLETELY defunded, they should be run out of town.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
I support life from conception to natural death.
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
End all property tax and replace it with a county sales tax. End the state income tax and replace it with a state sales tax. Have the state examine the Federal budget, and we as Oklahomans shall pay our share of Federal taxes that are listed by the Constitution as part of the 18 enumerated powers reserved for the Federal government. If it is not listed in the Constitution as one of the 18 enumerated powers, we shall not pay taxes on it. The same goes with receiving Federal monies.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
All areas of the budget need to be inspected, and excess gleaned from the budget. In areas where the church and private sector can replace state services, it must be done. Eliminate welfare. State parks, welcome centers, and museums shall be fee based. Privatize the medical system. Eliminate subsidies. Supplement school choice through tax credit scholarships.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
Our State Universities have gone woke. My Alma Mater, Oklahoma State University has a larger Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion department than its History department. We can no longer fund this madness with our tax dollars.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
No, you CANNOT force me to break God's law. It is a natural right secured by the 1st and 9th Amendments. Acts 5:29 "But Peter and the other apostles answered and said: “We ought to obey God rather than men."
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
None.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
D - Government involvement is exactly what caused medical care to be unaffordable. The only way to make it affordable again is to completely eliminate government involvement.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None
NATIONAL SECURITY
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
Close our borders - We as Oklahomans can send troops to Texas to help Governor Abbot since the Federal government won't do its job. Stop Iran from going nuclear - Iran is weeks away from having the bomb. Sanctions are no longer going to be effective, Israel will strike soon, we have to back them up. Know your enemy, if they are exporting terror cells, put sanctions on that country and don't allow nationals from that country to travel to the US.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
Genesis 12:2-3 “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.”
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
We need to physically secure the southern border in its entirety, and we need to do it NOW. As a state, we should be helping Texas with their border security until the Federal government steps up and fulfills its Constitutional obligations to protect our national borders.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Right now we need to IMMEDIATELY shut down our borders, and cease all immigration until we can get a handle on what is going on. Once things have settled down, only the cream of the crop should be allowed to immigrate into the country. We should allow those who have the skill sets that we need in our country to advance our society. Doctors, Engineers, and other hardworking people who admire our country and want to be a part of our culture. We should enforce the immigration laws already on the books.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
I 100% support school choice. Parents MUST have full control of the education of their children. The government school system is morally bankrupt, and parents must have other options. I am 100% for tax credit scholarships, I think this is the best way to break the monopoly of the government school system. I DO NOT support vouchers, because with shekels come shackles. Money from the government taints everything it touches, and this will be no different with nongovernment education.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
"We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion . . . Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." - John Adams The amount of freedom a society enjoys is directly proportional to the amount of truth they believe. God's word is the ultimate source of truth.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
There are only two genders, and you are stuck with the xx or xy chromosomes God gave you. Genesis 5:2
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition
Strongly Agree
‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” - Matthew 19:5-6 God's Law = Natural Law, therefore men in government have no authority to alter it.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
CRT is a fundamentally racist philosophy which seeks to undermine American values by dividing us through the lens of race. It is Marxist and evil.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe the Bible is God's inerrant Word. There is One God in three persons, God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Christ died for our sins, He was buried, and He rose again on the third day. I have repented and accepted Jesus as my personal savior, placing my trust in His sacrifice on the cross for my own sins. All decisions, and values politically must be in line with God's word. 2 Tim 3:16 says: All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
Without free and reliable elections, our Republic cannot stand. We cannot tolerate voter fraud, it is a treason against the American people. We must have voter ID.
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
We must go to paper ballots. We must have a full audit of the 2020 elections in the State of Oklahoma We must have random audits across the state from now on We must clean up voter rolls.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
No. CRT however is a racist philosophy that if not nipped in the bud will train up a generation of social justice warriors who view everything through the lens of race, and that will eventually cause problems.
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Strongly Disagree
One should not be punished for someone else's wrongs. Not even for your great grandfather's wrongs. "The one who sins is the one who will die. The child will not share the guilt of the parent, nor will the parent share the guilt of the child. The righteousness of the righteous will be credited to them, and the wickedness of the wicked will be charged against them." Ezekiel 18:20
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A These laws are unreasonable. In some cases are actually harmful to the environment.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
Let's get Oklahomans back to work!
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
To secure our liberties.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
In all matters, very conservative. In matters of money, the government only deals in other people's money, and it should be handled that way. In social matters the Word of God is the ultimate authority. In foreign policy, the government is to act in our interests. In religious liberty, it is our natural right.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
I'm Pro-Life, Pro-Gun, Pro-Freedom. What does that mean? Pro-Life: I want to completely abolish abortion, NOT regulate it. It needs to end in Oklahoma once and for all. Pro-Gun: When the 2nd Amendment says, "shall not be infringed", it means SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED... PERIOD Pro-Freedom: We need to stand up against the tyranny of the Federal Government. Use the 10th Amendment to nullify, nullify, nullify. We need the freedom to choose how our children are educated, we need the freedom to choose if we want a shot or not without losing our jobs, we need freedom.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
If the departmental policy is consistent with the Constitution, and the officer operated within the parameters of said policy and the Constitution then yes, he does not need to be harassed for doing his sworn duty. If he operates outside of those parameters, he needs to be held accountable.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
We need fully funded police departments, so the police can do their job.
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None, we need to restrict the ATF from operating in the State of Oklahoma, and give legal authority to the County Sheriffs to arrest and charge ATF personnel who are active within state lines.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
People are responsible for violence. If I kill my brother with a rock, his wife can't sue the quarry.
