Abortion should never be allowed simply for the convenience of anyone. If the mother's life is in imminent danger, which is very rare today, then the procedure would not be abortion, it would be a medical procedure to save the life of the mother.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
The federal tax code should be drastically simplified. The Fair Tax, bandied about years ago, would be one such solution. AS the code stands now, everyone should be taxed equally based on income after deductions and exemptions. There should not be a graduated tax increase as income increases. Everyone should pay an equal percent.

Pet programs and pork spending in bills should be eliminated completely. Bills should be voted on without all of the additional pet projects added by legislators.

Schools already require vaccinations with a process to seek exemption from such. Employers, as private industries, are and should be allowed to require what they wish for employment. I don't have to like the requirement, but it is their right. I can simply seek employment elsewhere. I believe in the truth of the Holy Bible. I believe God's standards of truth are sufficient for us to live the lives we are meant to live. I believe traditional families are the bedrock of our society. That is not to say that non-traditional families cannot work but they will never replace the traditional family as the best place to raise children.

Enforce photo ID requirements for all voters. Voting should be done on election day. Absentee voting is and has been available for those who cannot make it to the polls on election day.

It is a major threat to our nation. This is not to say that all of our institutions are racist. But as individuals, we must look past color and see people. This includes all races. I fear that our constant emphasis on racism is not making things better but worse. We have created a larger problem in recent years by telling people they are inherently racist because of the color of their skin. This is racism.

I want to support our public school educators. I want to change the regulations for Nurse practitioners in Missouri. The laws are outdated and by fixing this, we can provide more health care options for rural Missouri. I want to see Missouri become less dependent on federal dollars and the strings that are always attached.

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
Keep guns out of the hands of criminals. Legal gun ownership should not be restricted for the vast majority of citizens. If someone has a legitimate mental health issue, diagnosed by mental health professionals, I am OK with restricting their right to own a firearm.
