QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.
Strongly Agree
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.
Strongly Agree
I support the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which requires health care providers to provide life-saving treatment for infants who survive an attempted abortion.
Strongly Agree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Only as a medical procedure to resolve life threatening medical conditions of pregnancy, performed by a doctor in a hospital facility capable of resolving any other emergency medical needs.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.
Strongly Agree
Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.
Strongly Disagree
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
I promise to protect the freedom of Christians to share the Gospel and to practice Biblical principles.
Yes
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The constitution makes clear that the U.S. government will not declare one national religion. It also makes clear that citizens shall have the right to their religion and shall not deny governments, communities, nor any one person their right to their religion.
NATIONAL SECURITY
The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.
Strongly Agree
HEALTHCARE
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has health insurance.
Strongly Disagree
How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I would not promote it for all. Conservatively, I do not believe the federal government should mandate healthcare or be involved in citizen's or State's healthcare issues. If people need health care they should be able to "shop" for it based on their needs, income and health condition. That should happen through an optional open market and across state lines. Medicare plans for elderly, disabled or indigent should be available for their specific needs.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to ensure everyone has a livable income.
Strongly Disagree
Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.
Strongly Agree
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would reduce any non-essential budget spending and wasteful grants.
IMMIGRATION
I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.
Strongly Agree
State and federal funds should be denied to any public or private entity, including but not limited to sanctuary cities, that are not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Many federal laws are in place to offer immigrants who meet the qualification to come to this country and obtain citizenship.
EDUCATION
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.
Strongly Agree
2ND AMENDMENT
Should teachers be allowed to carry guns at school?
Yes
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None - that is what our dedicated law enforcement agencies and our military forces are for. Responsible gun ownership for citizens requires education in the safe use of weapons. When people act irresponsibly the courts will determine their fate in gun ownership. As a free society we must be diligent in maintaining the moral and ethical mental health of fellow citizens.
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
I support the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Neutral
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
In priority order, what three areas of legislation do you propose to author or sponsor if elected?
1. Emergency actions by elected officials: Arizona's legislature was recessed and there is no legislative oversight to continued blanket policies and mandates of Department heads and the Governor. (the Administrative State) 2. School Choice and Federal Education System Exit: Lack of responsible spending and inequalities in school curriculum continue to result in low academic scores while many public school teachers demand raises, social reforms and other political agendas that have nothing to do with improving children's educational experiences. 3. Expanding economic opportunities and supporting small business: Providing more tech school opportunities in combination with legal and equitable tax incentives. Assurance that businesses are not liable for viral illness or over regulation.
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
Yes - it is hate and hate can lead to internal conflict. However, I believe radical terrorists (like ANTifa) are inciting racism and hate and are a bigger threat to domestic security.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
I support the use of Sharia law as a basis for legislation and judicial decisions in the United States.
Strongly Disagree
ABOUT YOU

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
A long career in Criminal Justice has prepared me for the challenges ahead. I have been an instructor to various police, lawyers, nurses, students and other civic groups. I have testified in court as an expert witness and worked closely with investigators in criminal cases. I have great respect for the laws of this country and hold truth and honor in the highest esteem.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?
Generally, I believe that the Federal Government has no business in our private business and citizens have the right to enter into any contract without using marriage or any other criteria as a binding factor. I hope to help restore the Republic and return the power to the States.
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
I support adding sexual orientation, gender identity and gender expression as protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in the word of God and the teachings of Jesus Christ. I believe in the Judeo-Christian laws and ethics that have inspired and have given foundation to America. I believe in the sanctity of life and compassionate care to those who cannot care for themselves.
