QUESTIONNAIRE*

*Additional information was received after the evaluation was assigned and was not considered in the Panel Evaluations, therefore it is for additional educational purposes only.
RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I will not vote for funding abortions paid for with tax dollars.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

To save a mothers life.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

Everyone has the same opportunities to succeed but success is up to the individual. You should not get money from someone else's work.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

There are many ways to cut spending. We can rein in welfare and enforce our fraud and abuse laws. We can defund some of the over 288 departments that we don't need.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

I would like to see a flat tax. That is one way everyone pays their fair share.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

We were a country founded on religious freedom.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Agree

iVoterGuide Notes:

After evaluations occurred, the candidate expressed that his preferred response to this question should be “Strongly Disagree “

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

I think everyone should have a say in our politics. We have let the Democrats take down statues and religious saying like the ten commandments because we don't fight back.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

I don't think the government should be requiring our participation in vaccine trials. I oppose vaccine mandates.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C. With the caveat that Medicaid and Medicare should be investigated and eliminate the fraud, waste and abuse.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C. But I think each instance should be taken separately. We need to secure our borders before we spend our tax dollars on other countries.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

I support Israel's right to exist.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

We should always negotiate but from a position of strength. Never tell our advisories what we won't do but to have the arsenal to deter their threats. We need to fight back against the theft of our intellectual property. We also need to fight Chinese influence here in America. They are buying off our politicians, education and corporate America. They understand these 3 entities are greedy and can be bought.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Secure our borders so we don't let them have an opportunity to plan an attack here. We should support the fight with our intelligence and equipment where we see the need.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

We need a wall!! We need to shut off the border with drones, electronics and boots on the ground.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Sanctuary cities to get around our immigration laws should not be legal.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

We should do like most other countries in the world. The best and brightest that can contribute to our society should of course be a priority. We cannot sustain millions of the poorest people in the world crossing our borders unchecked. I foresee some very scary consequences from this open border policy we have now.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Racism is taught to our kids in schools now. Our kids are the least racist people in America.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

My family has grown up as Christians. This belief guides us in our life decisions.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

We need to require ID's to vote. We should go back to paper ballots as well.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Require voter ID and a more stringent voting process. We need to keep our elections safe and fair. One of the most sacred right we have is the right to vote. Fraud causes lack of confidence in voting.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Today in America we are the greatest melting pot in the world. The only racism is perpetrated by race baiters, Democrats and others who make money off division.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Drill baby drill.

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A. but as Americans we understand that we have to take care of the environment. We love our country which means we take care of our environment voluntarily.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I am a true fiscal conservative. The Republican party needs to get back to conservatism.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I am a successful businessman for over 40 years. Created thousands of jobs. My background provides me with an enormous amount of experience in all factors of business. My experience means I can contribute on day one to almost any committee. We need strong leaders to fight for the conservative agenda. We have an opportunity when we take back Congress to get things done. If we keep electing the same politicians nothing will change. My priorities is fighting to eliminate our dependency on oil and lower our inflation brought on by bad policies. I want to fund law enforcement and push to get rid of soft on crime DA's and prosecutors. We need an America first agenda that puts our people ahead of countries that don't like us. We need to push Biden with our new found power of the purse to build a wall and return all the illegal immigrants back across the border to come through the legal way. America is the only country in the world that is taking in millions of the poorest people and that is unsustainable.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

As we have seen we have checks in balances already in place.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

I don't think we need to redirect funds from police but to account for funds to help our mentally ill homeless population.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None, you shouldn't change laws because of the acts of ..01 percent of the population you should strengthen penalties and keep violent offenders in jail. Why punish 99.9 percent of the population who haven't committed a crime?

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

I have never seen a firearm commit a crime without a criminal holding it. Lets' put the blame where it belongs, on the criminal.
