QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

The decision to bring this back to states where it belongs was the right decision. We need to debate and do what is best for our state. I personally don't believe in abortion.

Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?

I believe the Roe v Wade SCOTUS decision put the issue back to where it belongs in the states hands.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

It was meant to keep the state out of religion and not the church out of participating in politics.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C. We have no money to be involved in other countries problems. Until we can balance our own budget and help our own people. We should lead on diplomacy and help find solutions without funding other countries disputes.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

We need to bring our manufacturing back from China for national security.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes, Israel is the only Democracy in the middle East. They are on the frontline of defense against Islamic extremism.

What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?

Pushing woke ideology. We should be the best trained and equipped military. As a deterrent. Meritocracy is the best way to have the best military. Not checking boxes that have nothing to do with ability.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

The choice should be left up to the parents or individuals not the government.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

C. Unfortunately both Medicare and Medicaid are fraught with fraud, waste and abuse. 100's of billions of dollars are wasted. We should be encouraging good paying jobs with great benefits by bringing back our manufacturing base from offshore.

ECONOMY

What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?

As a fiscal conservative my goal is to bring as much money back to tax payers as possible. We get there by balancing the budget and cutting wasteful spending. We quit borrowing money and giving it away to our enemies.

Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.

Strongly Agree

Students should be taught finance so they understand what it is they are borrowing for and if the degree they get is going to be able to afford them the money to pay the loan back.

Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?

No

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

We need to build the wall and deport the illegal immigrants that crossed during the Biden administration.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Like most countries you want to bring the best and brightest. By taking all the poorest people in the world like we are now will lead to our destruction. No country can sustain the influx of millions of the poorest people.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

We need to close the department of education and get back to teaching real education. Math, Science, Civics, History and subjects that will help our future generations succeed. Not woke ideology taught one sided by progressives.

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

One of the first things I will push when elected.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Fund the police and expand police departments. Punish criminals and not victims.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None. Politicians want to punish the 99.999 percent of legal gun owners for the deeds of .001 percent. Uphold our laws and allow people to protect themselves.

JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY

The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.

Strongly Disagree

9 justices seems to be the perfect size.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

I believe in the constitution. Small government and states rights. "We the People" isn't just a saying it's a belief.

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Protecting our borders and security. Representing our interest home and abroad.

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

No, never.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

No, never.

VALUES

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

It is my belief that God intended marriage as a union between man and woman, but. as a conservative I also believe the government should not be reaching into people personal lives. We cannot push for less government and more government in the same breath.

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

Strongly Agree

Children should be guided by their parents and we should never be mutilating children. We have laws protecting children from abuse and to me this is abuse.

Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.

Strongly Disagree

Never

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was baptized Baptist as a kid in Picayune, Ms. My beliefs have always been to help those that are less fortunate as you believe God would want you to. My Christian faith guides me daily. My values have always been to help those that are less fortunate then yourself.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

The Electoral College should be abolished.

Strongly Disagree

EQUALITY

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.

Strongly Disagree

The climate has been changing for years and is natural. One volcano eruption spews more CO2 into the air then decades of man. Man has a negligible effect on the climate. We need to be good stewards of the earth and do what we can to maintain our clean environment.

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

Oil and Nuclear. We will eventually find other sources but we don't need to eliminate any sources today.
