I will always fight to protect innocent life. In 2023 I had the opportunity to vote to reduce the number of weeks for an abortion from 20 to 12 weeks. Thereby saving an estimated 3,000 innocent lives per year

The minimum wage is an entry level wage to get workers into starter jobs. It works as an incentive for the worker to master the entry level skills and strive to be prompted to a job with more responsibility that will be rewarded with higher wages.

Sharing of data bases to identify illegals and those who try to request funds illegally. Identify NGOs through audits and oversight to eliminate waste fraud and abuse. Continue to focus on the sharing of data bases for Medicaid and Medicare recipients.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
The government (federal, state, or local), will not establish a religion to be engaged by the citizens. Churches should have the right to worship as they please without fear of big government threatening their worship.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

This should be a no brainer. You can't function in everyday life without some form of ID. You can't send or receive money without an ID. Official ID's may be obtained by many government agencies at no cost, or some utility bills can serve as an identifying document. If you are against Voter ID, you most likely support cheating in some form.

Nuclear, whether it's the big generating plants or the small reactors that will be placed on the site of the shutdown coal plants. The environmental and regulatory requirements must be reviewed to support a much faster start up.

What should be the goal of the criminal justice system?
Enforce the laws passed by the legislative bodies and know that when you commit a crime you will be held accountable. If restitution is required, it be paid in full for the pain and suffering imposed on the victim or family. The CJS should also serve as a place of rehabilitation by assisting convicted persons in getting an education, job skills, soft skills, anger management classes, and training in how to operate within society, so you don't return to the CJS.
Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.
