OTHER INFORMATION

QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion should not be allowed.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

I believe Americans are stronger when there's an equality of opportunity, not an equality of outcome. The onus remains with the individual to use their own initiative, drive, and ingenuity to take opportunities and create opportunities to better their lives.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Agree

It's time for the Federal Government to focus on what it was constitutionally tasked to do, which includes national security and foreign policy. For everything else, like Education, Healthcare, and Social Security, it's time for the Federal Government to begin the process of transitioning away from getting involved in those issues. The Federal Government should have never gotten involved in education funding, centralized single-payer healthcare, or social security programs.

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Our current Federal tax code needs to be drastically shortened and simplified. And the only "fair tax" is a flat tax. We should not be effectively punishing Americans who make a lot of money with higher tax rates.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

If 2020 has taught us anything, it's that our California State Government is willing to exploit an emergency they exacerbated to strip people of their 1st Amendment Right to religious freedom. We need to learn from this, hold errant elected officials accountable, and vote out elected officials who find reason to ignore the U.S. Constitution, and strip Americans of their rights.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Disagree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

Our country was founded on Christian values, by Christians. The moment we try to shed our religious beliefs, and moral compass, we begin to see destructive legislation that hurts Americans. The state should not influence the church, but the church should be there to guide the individuals who ultimately make and enforce Federal and State policies.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None. We need to learn from the effects of COVID and how vaccination processes was weaponized against Americans. Never again should we have vaccine mandates. All Americans should retain the right and agency to choose what is best for their health and the health of their children.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded. Medicare and Medicaid programs have demonstrated to be bloated and inefficient, and we need to go back to privatization as one of the many measures to increase competition and keep healthcare costs low.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Strongly Disagree

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

I always remind people, it's is not the severity of punishment that deters a man from crime; it's the certainty of it. The same applies to errant countries. We don't need to bomb other countries out of existence, but we need their leaders to know that they will immediately be held accountable for attacks on the United States, its territories, bases, embassies, and U.S. citizens.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

A border is key to national security. Though the wall will not stop every illegal border crossing, it will channel migrants to legal points of entry, where border personnel can be concentrated. This reduces fiscal waste, as border personnel would no longer need to be scattered across all 1,954 miles of the southern border, and can be more strategically placed, while allowing for cameras, sensors, and aerial countermeasures to augment the effectiveness of border patrol's duties.

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

We need to place the needs of American citizens first. We need to hold people accountable for breaking our immigration laws. We should not be providing sanctuary to criminals, but instead, focusing our attention on bettering the lives of American citizens.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Individuals and families where the adults have usable and unique skills, have records to demonstrate that they have been gainfully employed in their country of origin, and have the capability of becoming gainfully employed or starting a business in the U.S., have no criminal record, is not on a terrorist watch list, or no fly list, or sex offender-registry, is not burdened with a high debt-to-income ratio, speak and understand English. America is better when the immigrants from all over the world who come here LEGALLY, assimilate to our culture, bring competitive skills to our workforce, create opportunity for themselves and others, become naturalized American citizens, and make the daily conscious effort to make America even better than before they came. The United States has for decades been taken advantage of for its sometimes lax enforcement of immigration laws and bountiful benefits. As an immigrant myself, I recognize the value of my family and me being granted the opportunity to come to America and define for ourselves the American Dream. This American Dream is available for everyone who seeks it, and comes to America through the appropriate legal channels. We must also drive home the point that difficulty or tedium do not warrant or justify criminally entering the country or overstaying a visa in a desperate attempt to fraudulently secure a spot to live in America. Immigration to the United States and later, naturalization involves new immigrants assimilating to our existing culture. Immigrants must respect the laws of our country, speak English, become gainfully employed, and make the commitment to being a positive addition to our country, educationally, socially, and civically. Let’s end birthright citizenship, further crack down on birth tourism, and end chain migration. Let’s instead champion merit-based immigration that prioritizes individuals and families with the greatest potential for being self-sufficient and positively influencing a strong economy.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Disagree

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I'm Christian.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

You need an ID for almost everything else. It is important to produce an ID as one of many steps to secure our elections.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

The federal government's job is not to administrate election processes. That's the state government's job. On the state level, we need voter ID laws, we need to repeal mass mail-in-voting in California, and we need to repeal laws that interfere with the chain of custody of ballots, such as making ballot harvesting illegal again.

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Reparations should be given to former slaves and their immediate family members, and seeing that there are none for at least the past century, there is nobody to give reparations to.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism can be a threat when it is weaponized to pit racial groups against one another, in a Marxist attempt to sow hate, break down society, and implement a whole new socialized governmental system.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

While hydraulic fracturing is one of the ways to gain access to oil and natural gas, we must also explore other energy-dense sources of power, such as nuclear energy.

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. We must protect our natural resources. American families want to have clean air and water. Preserving the vitality of our natural resources is key to our country's health. We need to individually make the daily conscious effort to participate in being good stewards of our environment.

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

We must enforce election integrity, ensure national security, strengthen foreign policy, support America's military and law enforcement, protect our 2nd Amendment, reduce taxes & regulations, promote economic freedom, sustain economic growth, secure energy independence, defend religious freedom, champion school choice, protect medical freedom, stand for life, including those in the womb, and protect our natural resources.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

My conservative stances are made abundantly clear on my social media pages. Additionally, I've hosted three gun rallies, where voters came to purchase and learn how to properly use guns. Here are a couple links to LIVE Streams from two of the three gun rallies I hosted. https://www.facebook.com/watch/live/?ref=watch_permalink&v=577343452933131 https://www.facebook.com/watch/live/?ref=watch_permalink&v=2478779465746456 I've also spoken at multiple rallies about medical freedom. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=354757366574113 In addition to participating in election auditing after the 2020 Election, I also speak at events on the need for election integrity. https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=429841475580569

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

My family and I immigrated to America, seeking the American Dream. America is better when immigrants bring their ideas, drive, ingenuity, and desire to make America even better than when they arrived, and immigrate through the appropriate legal channels. As a documentary filmmaker, I’ve traveled the world, and seen firsthand, the injustices that happen when corrupt politicians forsake their own people. My documentaries cover disability in Zimbabwe, women’s health in Liberia, HIV awareness in Zambia, access to healthcare in rural America, public/private education, bullying, the school-to-prison pipeline, labor laws, and improving police-community relations. The first documentary I shot; Music by Prudence, won an Oscar in 2010, and American Promise won at Sundance in 2013. After more than a decade of community engagement through documentary filmmaking, the solutions discussed at hundreds of film screenings, town halls, and conferences have advised my conservative approach to Federal policy, how it affects state/local policy, and quality of life. I’m uniquely positioned to use my documentary experience in Congress to make policy palatable for Americas voters. I’m endorsed by General Michael Flynn.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Disagree

Police departments are integral for enforcing laws and maintaining order. Funds for mental health and community programs are needed, but should not be siphoned from our police budgets.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT be infringed.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Disagree
