QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
None.
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
Planned Parenthood has pushed an Agenda of infanticide, and the monetization of abortion. They are a disgrace.
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Taxes should be lower, flatter, fairer. Taxes, along with Government Spending, should be substantially reduced. Government programs are too often ineffective; penalize initiative, labor and work ethic; disincentivize hard work and self-reliance; may subsidize irresponsibility; and may culturally disrespect the role of the Family, the Church and the Community in assisting the less fortunate.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I would reduce government spending that funds: The Federal Government's bureaucratic takeover of education at the state and local level; the Governmental programs that institutionalize inactivity, fatherless homes and undermine self-reliance; the Government's massive efforts to spy on law-abiding citizens; the Government's Public Health Bureaucracy to the extent that it attempts to supplant medical freedom and disrupt the traditional relationship between Patients and their Physicians; the massive, burgeoning Deep State Bureaucracy of the Executive Branch, that poses a threat to freedom with seemingly infinite regulations.
Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.
Strongly Disagree
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
The Power to force a business, professional, entrepreneur, or anyone else, to perform specific labor, is not the freedom of the person demanding the labor, but the bondage of the person performing it. A person does not surrender his free will, conscience or right to self-determination, when he or she provides services in a free market.
Under what circumstances can government close churches?
A Government should never be allowed to close Churches.
HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
Ultimately, private health care, without arbitrary government interference, mandates or dictates, promotes health freedom, and high quality health care.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None.
NATIONAL SECURITY
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Right of Israel to exist as a State should be honored and protected. Persons living within or along Israel's borders, should be accorded fairness, to the extent they actively seek to live in peace.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Immigration has arguably been weaponized to undermine our sovereignty with Drug cartels, human traffickers, violent gangs, potential terrorists and potential agents of Chinese espionage.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
The ;persons who should be given priority in immigration should be those who value morality, human life, obedience to just laws, hard work and freedom. They should be willing to learn our language, learn our history and pledge allegiance to the Red, White and Blue. They should have a determination to make America better.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Strongly Agree
VALUES
Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.
Strongly Agree
Freedom and Democracy prosper when there is an underlying belief and Faith in God.
I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in the God of the Bible; that the Bible is the God-inspired Word of God; that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and Son of Man, who was sent to earth to die for our Sins; that he was crucified, died on the Cross, and rose again after three days; and He purchased our eternal redemption with His shed and sacred blood. That God has the power to change lives, change hearts, turn Saul into St. Paul, and use each of us to advance His Kingdom.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Strongly Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
Expel Dominion Voting Systems from America; make it illegal for foreign companies or Countries to possess ownership in any Voting System; Use Paper Ballots; make the election process fully transparent and auditable; conduct a thorough and uncompromised investigation into the 2020 Presidential election.
EQUALITY
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
There are forces that are determined to divide the people of our Country by their area code; their socioeconomic status; and their political affiliation. If Our Nation is to fully achieve its Destiny, it is vital that people of Good Faith unite, at the Foot of the Cross, and recognize that what unites us-- a shared Faith in Jesus Christ-- is more powerful than what divides us.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
Protecting the Environment is important to all of us. However, protecting the environment should never be a pretext for imposing dictatorial mandates or globalism on the people of the United States of America.
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Strongly Agree
As long as ground water and underwater aquifers are protected.
ABOUT YOU
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
Provide a common defense; protect the lives, property and freedom of the citizens; and exercise other limited and enumerated powers as set forth in the United States Constitution.
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Very Conservative
Government is too big, too expensive, too willing to assault our Values. I am concerned that government control of education by out of touch ideologues is undermining Faith and Love of Freedom among the young; that the educational agenda is threatening the Cultural Values that have sustained this Nation and preserved our Freedom; that the Government is overtaxing Working Families, family-owned businesses, professionals, wage-earners and farmers; that the Department of Justice is weaponized.

Voting Record, Louisiana Senate, 2016-2020. www.johnmilkovichforsenate.com
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
Our Priorities should be to: stop the killing of unborn babies; Confront Violent Crime by imprisoning violent predators; Cut taxes and the Size of Government; halt the adulteration of education with sexual immorality, gender confusion, atheism and socialism; stop the censorship of 1st Amendment speech by Big Tech and the Federal Government; Demand that the Justice Department enforce the law with Integrity and Justice; Stop Vaccine Mandates; Protect Individual Rights, Freedom and Liberties; Uphold the 2nd Amendment; thwart Red China's attacks on America.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Strongly Agree
Police Officers must sometimes use to force to protect citizens. However Police Officers, like all Government Officers, Officials and Citizens, have a legal duty to respect and honor Citizens' Constitutional Rights, and clear moral and ethical norms.
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
It should be illegal for Convicted felons to own or possess firearms.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES
Gambling should be limited to existing forms and should not be de-regulated or expanded.
Strongly Agree
Children should be protected from sexualization on the internet, in public schools, and in the public libraries
Strongly Agree
