Remove government from healthcare altogether. Once government regulation and control is removed from health care, insurance, and prescription drugs, the free market will take over and drastically reduce price for everyone. Healthcare will become affordable for all.

Abolish Article 7 of the Texas Constitution which calls for public, taxpayer funded, education. Allow local communities to make their own decisions on education. Abolish ad valorem (property) taxes Abolish qualified immunity and civil asset forfeiture. BONUS: End the drug war in Texas starting with the legalization of marijuana.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

I don't believe it to be a threat to domestic security but it is something that we all need to better understand and deal with. Significant racism, of all kinds, still exists in our world. We need honest, open and frequent communications between all groups. Talking these things through is FAR better than the cycle of violence we are seeing. In my worldview, government is the primary contributor to racism in this and other countries. Governments create systems that naturally place people at odds. If we significantly reduce and eliminate government, wherever possible, many of the things that create the racism would evaporate. That certainly won't fix everyone. Some people just have dark hearts.
