Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Very very few situations. There are many alternatives to abortion, adoption, birth control, abstinence. Birth control needs to be more readily available to the public. The government keeps too much control over it. A lot of people will use the excuse of rape or incest as a cause for abortion. But statistics show that less than 1% of all abortions are from incest and rape combined. Our society as a whole doesn't want to live with the consequences of there actions and/or decisions.
ECONOMY
It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?
Abolish the minimum wage. Every time the minimum wage is increased it eliminates jobs and creates more unemployment. Let the private sector run itself. Again get the government out of it. I don't recall seeing anything in the constitution that says the government has any say in employment, jobs or the workforce.
What role should government play in boosting the economy?
Government needs to get out of our lives, abide by the limits we set for it in the constitution and let the people decide how to run their lives.

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
Get the government out of it. Health care should be a matter for doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc. not government officials that don't know anything about medicine or medical procedures. Medical decisions need to be between the patient and their medical adviser. Getting rid of government regulations and restrictions will lower the cost drastically.

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Too much power in the hands of just one person or a few people. The founders wanted the people as a whole to have the power to decide and formed a contract with the government (the constitution) which limited the governments power. Unfortunately we have allowed the government to violate that contract over and over again with no consequence.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My spiritual beliefs and values are just that, mine. I do not impose them on anyone else and do not want any to impose theirs on me or anyone else. The first amendment to our constitution is to protect us from government interference in our religious beliefs. So long as you do not hurt anyone or damage their property then you are free to practice whatever believes you choose.

The definition of conservative and liberal have changed drastically over time and continue to. Which definition do you want to use? Politics is not a simple 2 dimensional left or right scale, there is a wide range that goes in other directions. I am a Libertarian. Lets focus on ourselves and our problems. Leave the rest of the world to themselves. We don't need to be meddling in other countries business. Also lets stop telling everyone what WE think they should or shouldn't do. Mind your own business. Who someone else loves or prays to or does with their own bodies is not for you or I to decide. So long as they are not hurting anyone else, stealing or damaging/destroying others property then what business is it of yours?
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
The requirements to run for Texas state representative are 1) must be at least 21 years of age 2) a citizen of Texas for two years prior to election 3) a resident of the district from which elected one year prior to election. I exceed all the requirement set by the state. In essence I am over qualified. I want to bring back the original idea of a representative. By actually voting what the people want not just my own personal beliefs and agenda. Get rid of career politicians, the bankers and attorneys from our government. They have corrupted it enough.

Back to the question on "marriage" Lets get the government the hell out of this. The term marriage is a religious word used for the union of a man, a woman, and God. So by definition an atheist, gays, polygamists can not be "married". Give them a name that fits for them that is an equivalent to marriage. Be with who YOU want and makes YOU happy, my beliefs and views do not matter and nor should anyone elses. Stop trying to redefine words.
