Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
Abortion should only be allowed to save the life of the mother.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
We are endowed by our Creator with unalienable “natural” rights, among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Government derives from the consent of the governed, therefore the Constitution is an enumerated powers document, with limits, checks and balances.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian. I have given my life to the Lord.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I would actually call myself a “Constitutional Conservative.” In my political life as a candidate and as a speaker and talk radio commentator, I have spoken in support of strong conservative principles rooted in the Constitution and limited government. I am doing the same in this campaign. I believe the voters will recognize that we need to elect new leaders to Restore the American Dream.

Additional comment from candidate:
On question 17 I was asked to agree or disagree with a statement about government's role in marriage. Here is my position: As a matter of my faith, I believe marriage is between a man and a woman. However I believe that marriage should remain a question of faith and I would propose that government get out of the marriage-defining business. As Rand Paul says: 'I’ve often said I don’t want my guns or my marriage registered in Washington.' America is at a crossroads. Politicians from both parties have let us down, and we need to elect new, principled leaders who will be responsive to the Constitution and to those who elected them. I am running for Congress to be a public servant for the people of Southern Nevada where I have lived for 36 years, have raised my family and have founded two charities that serve local youth. I would be honored to have your vote and support.
