Increase competition among providers and insurers to bring cost down. Remove government as much as possible to ensure the care is adequate and accessible.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Government simply creates conditions via tax policy and regulation that allows private business to create jobs, give raises to employees, and boost the overall economy.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I have 23 years of successful and proven leadership experience. During that time I managed multimillion-dollar budgets, successfully led thousands of soldiers and civilians as well as numerous organizations and programs. Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

I have the Compassion to Care and the Courage to Act. Compassion- I led a sexual assault response program in Pierce County to ensure victims received all needed care and treatment. Courage- During the last of my 5 deployments, I led the Afghan Peace and Reintegration Program where I conducted liaison work with local civilian officials and facilitated negotiations with insurgents to resolve root-cause issues and bring peace to individual communities. We absolutely need Compassionate, Courageous, and Capable leaders in Olympia.
