I voted in these primaries and general elections:

2010 General Election, 2012 General Election, 2012 Republican Primary, 2014 General Election, 2014 Republican Primary, 2016 General Election, 2016 Republican Primary

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Medical emergencies to save the life, long term health or reproductive of the mother. If the baby can be saved he/she must be saved, do not kill the baby to terminate the pregnancy. I can understand but do not personally agree with "plan b" when being cared for and reporting/testing after a rape if the woman feels she couldn't handle that possibility. In this case, I don't personally support it but I can at least understand it because each rape is different and I can only immagine what she may be going through but I would want her to know there is help for her to get through it keeping the child if conception happens.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

Internally, do not allow islamic communities to supersede Local, State and Federal Law. Beyond that, defend ourselves and our allies such as Israel. With our current actions against clearly define victory so that we can truly achieve it and then do so. If that means fully eradicating organizations such as ISIS, ISIL and others, Constitutionally declare war on those organizations and finish the job, including wiping out the sources of funding, support and all. After that, if our allies ask for help do so but we need to also stop interfering where we are not wanted. Sadly, this issue does have more than two sides but define full and total victory so we can truly commit to it and then do it.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

It was man's own inate greed for power and wealth coupled with the nature of what government tends to develope in to.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

An eclectic combination of Christianity, Druidic and Native American naturalism. While I worship God as the same God of Abraham and see Jesus Christ as both Savior and as an expression of God's love, I also feel a Spiritual connection with Nature itself. I believe that the connection we have with both God and Christ comes through Nature rather than through traditional Church organizations. I often refer to kyself as a Modern Druid because I commune with God in Nature rather than through the community of a Church but I don't follow the pantheological ways of the Druids of antiquity nor the communal methods of modern paganism. It is a balance of two separate types of religeon that very few can understand but for me, they fit together because it is after all God that created Nature.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

While I have some moderate views on, some but not all, social issues, it is more about reducing the power of Government, esoecially the at the Federal level to interfere. The only publically available means to verify that would be in my facebook page. You will see a history of Constitutional and Libertarian values. I can't see myself fully as Libertarian because I am pro-life as well as pro strong defense and strong borders. I am however moderate when it comes to gay people and even private or medical use of marijuana. My issue with gay marriage is more about Government being involved in marriage in the first place, until the eugenicists sought to prevent mixed marriages, Government stayed out of marriage altogether. It should be that way again, including Government having no business forcing people to participate in marriages that they can't in good conscience support.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

Through free-market principles and with a proper application of Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3, to take down the State barriers to insurance. At most, the Federal Government should only be regulating some reasonable safety standards that can be scientifically proven but other than that should get out of the way. In programs like medicare and medicade, while they are Unconstitutional, until they are phased out, they should not be structured in a way that insentivizes corporate conglomeration and should not protect information hiding. Increased pricing transparency and equalizing of remuneration in benefits so that there is less insentive for people and businesses to force themselves in the middle that do not actually help the process.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

Get out of the way as much as possible barring what is necessary to health and safety.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

Repeal the 16th Amendment and replace it with a Federal sales tax. Make that tax lower on staple items such as food and clothing but it should also include Amendment ratification procedures to any increases so that increases are very difficult but reductions are easier.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Reduce or eliminate burdensome taxes, laws and regulations.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

I believe it should be phased out. Keep it for people that are on it and for people that wish to stay in it for their future but stop new enrollees and for those that have paid into it but want out refund their money in tax credits that don't make refunds above what is paid in, then, end the employer match so there is no insentive for employers to not keep workers that do stay on it. It would make debt management hard for that time but as people on it start to go down, it will bakance out and it can be dine without stopping cost of living increases but taxes won't be able to go down much until there are less on it. If people really do want to keep it for future generations, we will have to amend the Constitution for it and then make that amendment so that the government can't take money out of it for the general fund then go from there.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

I am self-educated in the Constitution and documents around it. I have been self-educating for it for approximately 6 years now. I have been self-educating on Constitutional Government even longer but to actually perform in Government, I have actively been studying for about 6. The only reason it is so complicated is because self-important attorneys and bureaucrats have made it that way. Our Federal Government was designed to be much simpler than it is.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

Question 4, I chose no answer because I believe Marriage is a religious/spiritual rite and government should stay out of it. I am doing this to serve and protect Tennessee and the Constitution of the United States. To return our Federal Government to Constitutional Constraints.
