QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life deserves legal protection from conception until natural death.

Strongly Agree

As a life-long Catholic, educated by parents and in Catholic University, Morals, Ethics and Science demands that human life begins at conception, As an American Constitutionalist, human life must be protected!

The lives of human embryos created through artificial methods ought to be protected from purposeful destruction.

Strongly Agree

See my reasoning above. human life in-embryo or one just taking an afternoon nap, are both dormant, must be protected.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?

A child may be aborted under difficult circumstances where it is a matter of life or death between child or mother, and when there is a decision by parents and medical practitioners to determine resolution of a genuine crisis of life of one person over the another.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Disagree

A taxpayer should never be obligated by its government to use funds on morally questionable practices.

The Comstock Act, which bans interstate transportation of abortion-inducing drugs, should be enforced.

Strongly Agree

Abortion by any name or method is the destruction of human life and unconstitutional.

ECONOMY

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

I Will Sponsor The Private Property Rights Protection Act. I will Permanently Repeal The Biden-Harris WOTUS Rule; Reform The Endangered Species Act So It Can Never Again Be Weaponized To Lock Up Private Land, I will Defund Any Agency That Tries To Impose “30x30” Land Grabs Or Net-Zero Mandates That Drive Up The Cost Of Farming And Ranching. Also, I will fight to eliminate the death tax which in and of itself is a taking of property by the government.

People who can afford to pay more taxes should do so in order to provide relief for working families.

Strongly Disagree

To agree with this statement, initiates a step into socialism, slows job growth and cripples the economy.

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Agree

Spending cuts is only one way to reduce the national debt. There are more vehicles toward reduction of the national debt to include, lower tax rates, elimination of rules and regulations that obstruct the growth of energy, jobs and the economy, and elimination of unnecessary and wasteful agencies and programs that prove wasteful,.

List your top 3-5 priorities to eliminate government waste.

frequent complete audits of NGOs; Make states more transparent and frequently audited, in the use and management of federal dollars; and elimination of subsidies to foreign countries which have very little to no relationship to the interests of the USA.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

There is a reason for having the First Amendment to the Constitution, it is to protect freedom of thought and expression among other rights.Businesses and service providers must be free to choose their customers.

What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?

Separation of church and state only means that there is no established government church. It does not mean freedom from religion.

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.

Medicare and Medicaid along with Social Security are in deep financial trouble. These programs will be broke in ten years if they are allowed to continue unreformed. Though there are some good provisions to the ACA, by and large it is failing. C) is somewhat of an over view for healthcare solutions, recognizing that both Insurance companies as well as Medicaid -Medicare need complete overhaul so as not to burden the taxpayers.

The government should keep a database of people with various ongoing medical illnesses to assess the economic burden of treatment.

Strongly Disagree

This would be a huge invasion of privacy and renders unto the government control of one's life, protecting no one!

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

C) Involvement in other nations conflicts and policies should depend solely on the existence of established and clear U.S. national interests including national security..

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

CCP has stollen American military equipment-plans and information to grow its land and sea military capabilities, not to mention poaching our economy for its economy. It has infiltrated our universities and organizations for its benefit and threatens the security of the Asian Pacific with its claim to extra territorial waters and seas. It is extending its influence and control in Africa and in Latin America. It is a clear and present danger to the island of Taiwan and to us, the Untied States.

Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?

Yes, the US relationship with Israel is very important to our national interest and security, economically, militarily, and culturally. There is a clear interest in helping Israel protect itself and the US from threats common to both nations. Additionally, Israel serves as a positive influence and example to its neighbors to bring their economies, their cultures, and their governance out of the Middle Ages.

Islamic terrorism is a threat to the United States' national security.

Strongly Agree

Yes, Islamic terrorism is an even greater threat today than in 2001. More and more islamic populations have grown in the U.S. especially after four years of open boarders. Islamic populations do not integrate into American societies and believe that Sharia Law is superior to the U.S. Constitution. These enclaves in our cities and suburbs are incubators for terrorism and threaten our way of life.

IMMIGRATION

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Individuals who have been competently vetted and have a specific reason for entering the U.S. may be allowed to immigrate into the U.S. provided that their entry does not burden our social and welfare systems and that they will contribute to our society and the economy..

I support the existence of sanctuary cities to protect undocumented persons.

Strongly Disagree

If individuals arrive in our county in violation of the law, then the city or community that protects any undocumented/illegal person is in violation of the law. The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution compels them to comply with the U.S. Law and fully cooperate with Federal officials that seek to remove them.

EDUCATION

I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.

Strongly Agree

Foreign governments should be prohibited from funding American education.

Strongly Agree

Education is uniquely a state and local issue. That foreign governments seek to fund American Education leads to the conclusion that they seek to influence American Society, its culture etc. to their advantage, against American interests.

VALUES

Attempts to physically or socially transition a child to the opposite sex constitute child abuse.

Strongly Agree

Yes, it is child abuse, and more, it is mutilation of the human body and immoral.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

Strongly Agree

Also, the government's interest in protecting one man one woman unions is to protect the proper and natural nurture of children.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I was raised and still am Roman Catholic. My first 9 years in school were in Catholic education, so was my college life and law school experience. I have raised my three children catholic and I am devout.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

There is a huge lack of integrity in the election systems of all 50 states. Photo ID is but one step in returning faith and veracity to our electoral system. Others are, Criminalize ballot harvesting; eliminate mail-in-ballots; absentee ballots only for military service members who are stationed outside of their voting district; Secure and monitored ballot counting stations.

EQUALITY

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.

Strongly Agree

Biologically and psycologically, men are different from women. It is a fact of nature that no law or society can change. It becomes grotesquely unfair to Women if men compete with them in sports, or when men are permitted to enter women's spaces of any kind.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?

The most reliable energy source to supply the growing demands of our economy are nuclear energy, hydrocarbon energy, coal-power energy and hydropower energy

ABOUT YOU

Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.

never

Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.

Never

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Very Conservative

A successful economy is the product of private sector and government policy that does not hinder its growth ; Foreign policy is primarily based on the exchange of products goods and services that are in the best interests of our country. America is a western nation built on Judeo-Christian values. Separation from these bi-millennial norms destroys the building blocks of society and threatens our economic and governmental systems. Faith in God focus on who we are and where we are going.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Government has a responsibility to protect children from sexual exploitation during online activities.

Agree

I agree that Parents with the help of government have this responsibility.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

People with violent criminal records should be restricted from firearm purchases.
