God,Voters,Constitution,Congress, Supreme Court........the others have no "authority" under our Founding Documents but are found in the Constitution as part of our rights to freedom of association (Industry, Sports), freedom of speech (Academia) and freedom of the press (Media).

14. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?

Man has a fallen nature which can and often does lead to greed and corruption, including the abuse of power. The Founders recognized this and established a system of decentralized and limited government powers to guard against abuse. A system we have sadly largely abandoned.
