What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Man without God has no concern for anyone but themselves. I believe the founders of this nation knew without biblical principals intertwined in our constitution, this nation would only fall. So as the constitution defines the separation of powers, supreme authority has been given to no one.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, Voters, Congress, Supreme

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I don't think there is any situation where abortion should be allowed. However, in the case where the life of the mother is at risk or when the woman has been the victom of a violent crime (rape or incest), it does give me pause.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that because of the grace of God, I am charged to love the Lord my God with all my heart, mind and strength and to love my neighbor as I do myself. As a matter of fact, the only reason I am in the political arena is because I have been called to do so.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I have served as the State Representative of the 66th District of Ohio for 3 years. The reason I consider myself to be a conservative and not an extreme conservative is I believe sometimes there has to be resources expended up front to experience less financial liability in the long run (a kind of preventative maintenance if you will). Please review my voting record.

Additional comment from candidate:

I have been truly blessed having served as an elected official and as my oath of office states, "and this I shall do as I shall answer to God".
