Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only to save the life of the mother. Rape and incest should not be death sentences for unborn children. Abortion presents great risk to the health of the woman. Infection and bleeding are great risks. The severity of damage to the uterine cervix is greatest in teens but makes cervical patency harder to maintain to full term in all age groups. The deformed cervical os is very hard to close with suturing, and special circlage stitches sometimes get a few more weeks of development. Wanted pregnancies after abortion often end in miscarriage, and premature birth is another common result with respiratory distress and cerebral palsy too frequently. Abortion is sometimes a secondary effect to removing the cancerous uterus, to pelvic inflammatory disease, and other diagnoses, but it's a poor choice for birth control. The risks of an unwanted pregnancy decrease by keeping a fertility calendar, behavioral modification, symptothermal and Creighton methods to measure ovulation.

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of radical Islamic terrorism?

The United States can become diplomatically entrenched in the Middle East by encouraging the United Nations to locate on the border between Israel, Egypt and Gaza. The threat level will decrease. As the economies of the Middle Eastern nations develop, UN will mitigate disputes. Economic frustration results in aggression. World Trade Towers were a measure of that frustration. A highway from Egypt through Jordan to Damascus with spurs to Jerusalem and possibly to northern Iraq and Bagdad would help the local economy provide jobs for families with 9, 10 kids and peace would result from the prosperity. I studied with Iranians, Syrians, Jordanians, Saudis, Egyptians and Libyans in a petroleum technology program. Develop their economies with oil revenue to greatly reduce the threat of radical Islamic terrorism.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

There is a natural drive to control and dominate others. With the clearly defined limited powers in the US Constitution, the Founding Fathers did well to provide a check on power relationships and add balance to their governments. For example, I am free to run for and hold public office speaking freely in the process on the condition that others agree with me. I cannot force my will upon anyone.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

God is the father of Jesus Christ his only begotten son born of a virgin. Jesus died ending his mortal life, was buried but did not decay and was resurrected to his immortal human life. He is seated on the throne at God's right hand from where he will come to judge mankind, both the living and the dead. He administers the virtues through the heavenly host and graces are administered through him. Mankind needs the graces to perfect their flawed souls incarnated following the joining of gametes. The virtues are the opposites of the seven mortal sins such as charity opposite to greed. The blood of Christ is the way to have life within us and unless we eat His Body and drink His Blood, we cannot have life within us which is the Spirit of God and evidence of our collective betrothal to Jesus as his virgin bride.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and immigration, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I'm a Gabriel Angel advocating for mothers at risk of choosing abortion and I have attended many Respect Life Committee meetings at church. I have marched in ProLife rallies, prayed outside abortion clinics in Indy and Bloomington. I have picketed outside adult bookstores and spoken publically advocating decency for women. I volunteered to enlist in the US Army National Guard to oppose any threat to the United States of America. I am a small business entrepreneur and I enjoy the free enterprise system.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

The Medicare system of coverage is abused by providers who with unnecessary testing expose the patient to greater risk than necessary. Medicare fails to maintain health with preventative medicine. This all causes harm and increases the cost of the healthcare system. The "Art of Medicine" has become economic behavior which can be unlearned. It needs to be be improved with a gradual, dynamic shift of paradigm, like the frog in the tea kettle, toward more healthcare with less expense. We need to educate patients to prevent illness and to maintain health. Most healthcare expenditures are for preventable illnesses like AIDS which now costs more than all the classes of heart disease combined. A generation of health educated children will eliminate big preventable illnesses including AIDS, diabetes and heart disease, and reduce cancer. These economic steps will reduce cost by increasing efficiency.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

The global economy is expanding rapidly at its agricultural base and our performance is relative to the global economy. Agriculture is a sound economic base. We need to remain competitive by infrastructural updates such as fresh water management. Our agricultural base will increase, boosting the economy. Plants store solar energy for both alcohol and vegetable oil to decreasing our dependence on foreign oil. Enter the USArmy Corps of Engineers to move water from where it's not wanted to where it's needed using concrete pipe. Infrastructure like highways, bridges, rails, locks, dams, ports, canals, fresh water pipelines and accessible, safe international waters are goods which the government can provide. The private sector plays an important role to improve consumer satisfaction but it needs to be done quickly on a very large scale here and on other major river systems around the world. Go Army!:) Boost the global economy at its agricultural base.

What changes should be made to the tax code?

My opponent favors the new tax revisions where 2% of taxpayers get 85% of the benefits and I call that Welfare for the Rich. My taxes increased. His did not. Close the loopholes like the jet and private golf course deductions. Ronald Reagon took the highest percentage tax bracket from 70% to about 40% and offset the decrease in tax revenue with higher deficits. The policy persists with the $20 trillion national debt to show for it. This policy was deemed necessary because of the trade deficit due primarily to the import of too much foreign oil. There are other sources of revenue which the federal government can utilize to both reduce taxes and reduce the annual deficit and create jobs. It may add value to arid lands with fresh water management programs and it might charge by the gallon. It might also develop and produce safe nuclear energy 200 feet underground with multiple cooling systems. These changes could lower taxes for everyone.

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

Create jobs, but less obviously, inspire a desire to work for the social status and dignity or being employed. Many of the unemployed have given up. Many unemployed need to reenter the workforce and certificate training is a good entry point. I think we can regrow the major drivers of the economic past like other nations are doing, for ex, air (develop medium size airports like Japan), rail (smaller/faster monorails), waterways (used very little), roads (new technologies exist), electricity and other energy sectors, IT (computer science is barely 50yo), and biotechnology. Education is our best investment and we can intentionally form a global economic community with it. If we increase our educational efficiency, we could reach 200% employment as each person does the equivalent of 2 jobs in less time than it takes to do 1 unefficiently. You could work in the Great Lakes region in summer and migrate to the Gulf to work winter.

How would you guarantee Social Security benefits for future generations?

A needs test could freeze the highest 37% of benefits and increase the benefits of 63% of Americans. Reducing employer contributions would create more jobs and add more net income to Social Security. If money in is greater than money out, the surplus could be invested and I think beneficiaries can do it themselves. Some, like my opponent, don't want Social Security because they can fund their own benefits and letting them stop should be considered, but I grew up on Social Security because chronic diseases orphaned me. I'm ready to fight for benefits for my district and I will do anything to guarantee benefits for future generations and I am willing to consider adding benefits which do not exist to the program for them. My opponent would never do that.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

My grandparents were from the Indiana District 9 area and migrated to the oilfield jobs along the Wabash. I was born 5 miles from Vincense and lived in Carlisle as a boy. Sister graduated from Univ of Evansville in math and I attended Purdue College of Agriculture after getting my Political Science degree. At Purdue,I was elected to Phi Betta Kappa and two other honor societies, I discovered a biological adhesive which I sold to Methodist Hospitals of Indiana and I researched AIDS drugs for Eli Lilly. I served the State of Indiana and my country in M*A*S*H at Stout Field in the INARNG with over 13 years of honorable service earning many leadership awards and medals. I attended medical school out-of-state for four years. I have worked in central Indiana for over 20 years and have lived in District 9 for 10 years.
