What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
I advocate for a Constitutional Amendment that would require a Balanced Budget and Retirement of the Public Debt. I would insist upon every governmental entity to submit to a third-party line by line audit and accounting of every penny appropriated and spent and an executive justification thereof as a requirement for an annual budget appropriation as well as for any supplemental appropriation requests. I would seek to eliminate ALL waste, abuse, and fraud across the board.

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?
I absolutely and unequivocally oppose socialized healthcare and particularly that in which public healthcare services would entirely replace private healthcare services. In contrast, I would be open to merging Medicare and Medicaid into a single Healthcare Program with both Entitlement and Public Options. Other options that we should consider to remedy the shortage of Doctors is Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant to Physician Bridge Programs and to expand Mid-Level Practitioner Programs that are modeled after those in the Military Services such as Army Special Forces Medics (Green Beret), Navy Independent Duty Corpsmen, and Air Force Independent Duty Medical Technicians.

I believe that people should be free to have any religious belief or no religious belief whatsoever and to peacefully engaging in any religious activity or to not engage in any religious activity whatsoever. I believe in the fundamental liberty interest of a parent to direct the upbringing and education of their children, including religious training, and as such I support SCHOOL CHOICE.

I have an extensive mix of Conservative Ideals and Libertarian Philosophy.
What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?
I have over 30 years of military service in the Regular and Reserve Components of the United States Armed Forces from which I have attended a multitude of professional military education and occupational training courses in Nursing and Allied Healthcare Science and Technology. I am a graduate of the Fresno City College (Level I Reserve) and College of the Redwoods (Level II Reserve) Police Academies, as well as the Sandy Hill and Oak Grove Volunteer Firefighter Academy, so I have a fundamental understanding of Law Enforcement Operations and Fire-Fighting Activities. I served as a Member of the California Superior Court Madera County Grand Jury where I was responsible for the consideration of criminal indictments as well as serving in a civil oversight capacity of state and local government within the county that can be best analogized to that of an Inspector General but with the power of the Judicial Branch.

There are many problems in government that defy common sense. I seek to identify and fix stupid government and to return common sense to government with real solutions to real problems.

The Second Amendment operative clause is clear and unambiguous, the Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms shall NOT me Infringed (Emphasis Mine). In interpreting the Second Amendment I make the following observations. To Keep Arms is to own/possess Arms. To Bear Arms is to carry Arms, open or concealed. Arms are Weapons. Likewise, I make a clear distinction between Military and Civilian Weapons, of which it is my belief that 2A protects ALL Civilian Weapons.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
The true threat to domestic security is anyone who for any reason or no reason at all engages in any activity that will or could result in harm to the community or an individual. The DWI Fatality Victim is no less dead than the Murder Victim based upon any of the traditionally recognized "HATE" crimes. The remedy is to address the action itself rather then to become engrossed with the motivation thereof. In this regard I propose that the death penalty should be the appropriate penalty for murder and attempted murder should be sanctioned with LWOP as the mandatory minimum sentence. Likewise, I propose that those who commit crimes that involves assault with a deadly weapon or deadly force should also be subjected to a mandatory minimum sentence of Life in Prison with the possibility of Parole. I term these proposals ONE AND DONE.
