QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Human life begins at conception and deserves legal protection at every stage until natural death.

Strongly Agree

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds or grants from federal, state, or local governments.

Strongly Agree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

When the health of the mother is adversely affected and could result in the death or disability of the mother absent the termination of the pregnancy. However, all available means of preserving the life of the fetus should also be made in the process of terminating a pregnancy. When the fetus is determined to have a disorder or defect that is not compatible with life and the termination of the pregnancy is to prevent needless pain and suffering.

ECONOMY

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has a livable income.

Neutral

Free enterprise and the right to private property are essential elements of a productive economic system.

Strongly Agree

The state constitution should limit the growth of spending to the rate of population growth plus the rate of inflation.

Agree

Congress should pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.

Strongly Agree

What is the best way to bring down unemployment?

This requires a two pronged solution: Employers require a good economy and an environment that is business friendly or is at an absolute minimum not hostile towards the markets. Employees require education and experience suitable to the employment occupation. To accomplish these objectives the State should: 1. Facilitate Economic Growth and Stability by abolishing and reducing taxes as much as possible; eliminating fraud, waste, and abuse; having a balanced budget; and eliminating the public debt. 2. Eliminate and Reduce Business Regulations to the greatest extent possible. 3. Extend PELL Grants and Stanford Loans to Vocational Training Programs. 4. Enact a School Choice Program that provides public funding that follows the student to any public or private school regardless of it being secular or religious, and to fund Vocational Training Programs at the High School Level.

What role should government play in boosting the economy?

1. Abolish and Reduce Taxes to the lowest extent possible. 2. Abolish and Reduce Business Regulations to the minimum extent possible.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Governments should not discriminate against individuals, organizations or small businesses because of their belief that marriage is only a union of one man and one woman.

Strongly Agree

Governments should define marriage as between one man and one woman; no other definition of marriage should be legalized or supported with taxpayer or public funds.

Neutral

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

HEALTHCARE

It is the government’s responsibility to be sure everyone has health insurance.

Neutral

How would you promote healthcare coverage that is adequate, affordable and accessible for all?

First, I am opposed to any form of "universal" single-payer (socialized) healthcare system. I propose that Medicare and Medicaid be consolidated into a single system with a public option with a payment plan based upon the income and expenditure sliding-scale model. I also propose expanding the availability of healthcare practitioners via recognition of foreign training and experience that is substantially similar to United States based fellowship and residency programs; the expansion of Doctorate and Master Degree Mid-Level Healthcare Practitioner Training Programs, and the creation of Bachelors and Associate Degree Mid-Level Healthcare Practitioner Programs.

NATIONAL SECURITY

I am in favor of construction of a wall and other necessary infrastructure on our border that gives complete control over entering and exiting the United States.

Strongly Agree

Islamic law (Sharia) should take precedence over national and state laws where there are Islamic majority communities in the U. S.

Strongly Disagree

I support sanctuary cities.

Strongly Disagree

The best way to maintain peace is through a strong military.

Strongly Agree

EDUCATION

Tuition-free public education should be guaranteed through college.

Neutral

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which permitted our system of limited government.

Agree

Any teaching to children on sex education in public schools must include all contraceptive methods, and should not show preference to abstinence.

Neutral

People should be allowed to use public restrooms, showers, and changing rooms based on "gender identity."

Strongly Disagree

Parents should be the primary authority in decisions affecting their minor children.

Strongly Agree

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

Mankind has a lust for power and that lust for power corrupts with the inevitable result that absolute power absolutely corrupts. By dividing power between separate but co-equal branches of government the consolidation of power is mitigated to the greatest extent possible. There should be both checks and balances within the government and a final check and balance upon the government by the people themselves.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am affiliated with the God of the Prophets Ministries and Charities (also known as the God of Abraham Ministries and Charities) which serves the entirety of the Abrahamic Faiths and from which constitutes a single unified religious community based upon mutual coexistence based upon mutual respect and understanding of the fundamentals of Abrahamic Monotheism. I believe in a GOD that is ONE and SUPREME with no equal or partners, who is known by many names and qualities, including but not limited to, GOD, I Am, Alpha and Omega, YHWH, Yahweh, El Shaddai, Adonai, HaShem, Jehovah, Elohim, Deus, Allah, Elah, Khodah, Baha and Hu, and of whom has many Messengers and Prophets, including, but not limited to, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Mohammad. As a "Person of the Books" I am equally comfortable in a Christian Church, Islamic Mosque, and Jewish Synagogue.

Moderate

Please provide publicly available information validating your answer to the previous question.

I identify as "Moderate" for question 29 only insofar as I am a Strict Constitutionalist with a Conservative Ideology and Libertarian Philosophy. This is set forth in my campaign website and has been well discussed on Twitter and Facebook.

What education or experience qualifies you to hold the office for which you seek election?

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about you?

Question #4: Government should NOT be involved in the issue of marriage. I believe that the government should not regulate in support or opposition to any personal relationships or regulate private consensual sexual activities whether heterosexual or homosexual, except as such pertains to the obvious exceptions thereof, such as that involving a child or is involuntary. Questions #5 and #6: Government should support an economic environment where everyone has the opportunity to obtain gainful employment with benefits such as health insurance. the government however has the responsibility to care for those who are as a result of disability or other issues beyond their control are unable to care for themselves. Question #17: Public Facilities should be made single user so that the issue itself becomes a non-issue. I support private property rights so I would oppose how a private business manages this business, the remedy being that the customer can take their business elsewhere.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

I support the death penalty.

Strongly Agree

Mandatory minimum sentencing should be required and enforced for violent crimes.

Strongly Agree

2ND AMENDMENT

More restrictive gun control is needed to protect public safety.

Strongly Disagree
