OTHER INFORMATION
In 1993, the Libertarian Party of New Hampshire (LPNH) booted Alciere. The party's executive committee renewed its stance against the candidate last month (6-2018), noting in a resolution that "Alciere has a history of advocating violence" and "refused to take a pledge against violence as a means of obtaining political objectives."

QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
It is especially harsh to force persons who know that abortion is murder, to pay for somebody else's abortion.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.
Strongly Disagree
The government has no authority to control drugs. If somebody uses a drug to commit murder, the person should be prosecuted in the State (or District of Columbia) court for murder.
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
None.
Does the federal government have a role to play in limiting abortion, and if so what federal steps and/or federal legislation would you support?
Congress needs to ban abortions in the District of Columbia, and should declare the District of Columbia a safe haven for pregnant runaway minors, so her parents cannot get her and force herm to undergo the murder of her baby.
ECONOMY
What actions would you take that would allow Americans to retain more of their income and wealth?
Reducing federal taxes. The question dodges part of the economic injustice problem in this country, where government interventions from A to Z, agricultural subsidies to zoning variances, prevent so many persons from earning more money.
Student loan forgiveness unfairly shifts the financial burden to those not responsible for student debt.
Strongly Agree
Should environmental and social issues, like ESG (environmental, social, and governance) ratings, be used as criteria in deciding where to invest public monies?
Choose not to answer
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
What does "separation of church and state" mean to you?
Government must not force people not to practice their respective religions, nor penalize anybody for failing to practice a certain religion.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
In free country, the business owner would decide whom to serve and which jobs to take. Caterers shouldn't be forced to serve at same-sex "weddings," nor prevented from serving champagne to brides and grooms younger than 21.
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
In a free country, the company would decide whom to employ and could require vaccination as a condition for continued employment. Public school has to go anyway. Governments have no right to require vaccinations for jobs.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
D.)
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
D) "Peace, commerce and honest friendship with all nations, —entangling alliances with none;"
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Is the United States' relationship with Israel important, and if so why?
It's not the job of the U.S. government to defend a foreign power's scriptural claim to territory; but the U.S. Government must suffer the residents of Israel to escape to U.S.A. After a fingerprint check for arrest warrants, give each a work permit, Social Security card, and nothing more.
What are the causes of decline in U.S. military recruitment and retention?
People don't want to sign up to fight endless, unjust, undeclared, unconstitutional wars. Why should men and women younger than 21 sign up to defend you and your property when you won't even vote to protect their right to drink?
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Disagree
Shut down the U.S. Border Patrol. If somebody was born outside certain lines on the map, what are they supposed to do, marry your daughter? "Give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free...." If they're bringing a truckload of fentanyl, you don't have to buy any.
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Everybody. At the port of entry, run a fingerprint check for arrest warrants and issue each one a work permit, Social Security card, and nothing more. The work permit is a government-issued photo ID card.
EDUCATION
I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.
Choose not to answer
I do not support public school or voucher programs funded with money stolen from the taxation victims.
I support eliminating the U.S. Department of Education and giving control back to states and communities.
Strongly Agree
I support eliminating the U.S. department of Education. States and communities have no right to steal money for "educating" and forcing Johnny to learn all about how to multiply imaginary numbers. Public school is a major cause of mass shootings: https://www.secretservice.gov/sites/default/files/2020-04/Protecting_Americas_Schools.pdf
VALUES
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.
Strongly Agree
Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.
Strongly Agree
Taxpayer funds should be used to provide gender transition services.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I accept Jesus Christ as my savior. That's all you need to know. Your God may have forbidden you to drink alcohol, but that does not entitle anybody to make the town dry. In a free country, the individual would decide whether to drink water, wine or turpentine.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Neutral
The Electoral College should be abolished.
Strongly Disagree
EQUALITY
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
Strongly Agree
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
Man-made climate change is a global threat and requires urgent political action.
Disagree
Whether man-made or woman-made, or all natural, the political action required is to move governmental operations to higher ground and be ready for when Thwaite's Glacier snaps off the Ice Cap.
What do you believe is the most reliable energy source that will supply the growing demand for electricity?
Tidal power is reliable and predictable. Run the electricity through the water to separate the hydrogen from the oxygen. Transport the pressurized hydrogen with electric trains and use the oxygen for more complete combustion in incinerators.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Choose not to answer
Orthodox libertarian extremist.
What do you think is the general purpose of government?
As the Dude on the Deuce wrote in the Declaration of Independence, governments are instituted to secure the unalienable rights of persons. ("That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Men, ....")
Have you ever been penalized for sexual misconduct in either civil or criminal court? If so, please explain.
No
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? If so, please explain.
No.
JUDICIAL PHILOSOPHY
The Supreme Court should be reformed to include more seats.
Neutral
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
I support redirecting funds from police departments to community programs.
Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
The U.S. Constitution leaves this to the States, and I am running for the federal Congress. On 29 April 2024, eight (8) cops got themselves shot, four (4) fatally, trying to arrest a guy in North Carolina for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm. That's what happens when you elect candidates who support unconstitutional statutes. Those voters didn't pull the trigger, but they pulled the lever.
