Health and Social Services, Education and I funding for large nonprofits. We should not be spending more than 3 times that of the state of Florida on education and universities. We must use our land grant status to fulfill the needs of education. I would look to stabilize spending on retirement programs by using 401K retirements that are invested in by individuals working for state and local governments. Similar to the recent transition in spending done by the DOD and National Guard. We should follow similar practices to other states that work and drive down the costs of Government. Just look at the special interests clamoring for our Permanent Investment Fund Dividends that comes from private investment in our natural resources like oil, gas and rare earth mining, required to keep the private economy going. Government at best can only manage at to provide some basic non skilled services and many will employees whose jobs can be privatized. Skilled jobs can be developed and privatized or more seasonal like education and tourism..We must look at, at will employees and the costs associated to government programs and departments needed to downsize and enhance our economy based on real goods and services. We can build more in America and harness our resources, especially in a strategic area like Alaska. Alaska is the richest mineral land on planet earth and we can and will have vast areas where our wildlife flourish and grow just as they do beside our pipelines. Our glaciers are in great state and we have had heavy snows like this year that are just adding to the vastness of our polar areas. I recently took a cruise and the ice and glaciers are vast, when one area advances other areas decline. Many of our land basins have been formed by receding glaciers. And many other areas have advancing glaciers especially in the mountainous regions of Alaska. In order to be successful in Alaska we must utilize our resources and show the world we can live in the last frontier and keep it the best last great place on earth at the same time. We must reduce overreach in these areas in order to get our budget under control.

Private healthcare and competition for services and medicines should be the norm in our society. The only way to drive down costs are to add in competition. The more social our medical becomes the less likely the costs will be under control. We are not Europe and people are free to choose medical services or not. If companies want to incentivise treatment for disease then it should be a competition in the free market and we should choose how we want to treat disease based on treatment process and medication. All forms of force need to be removed and treatments should be enhanced to help people in their healthcare. Not really only when incited by radical agendas and or media do you even no a problem has occured. We need to diffuse hatred by whatever means and work to enhance security and training for those who are on the frontline activities. I plan to use my contracting, budgeting, advising and accounting skills acquired in the US Air Force, to help preserve and protect the nation’s resources, and Alaska rights, as well as develop effective safeguards to help the country and strengthen our presence in this key Arctic region and build our national defense. I also feel that for our nation's defense we may need to enact the defense authorizations act to get the oil and gas going that we need as the price of gas should not be at record highs and we should not be enriching communist countries who want us to fail.
