Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
JESUS, I seek to love what He loves and hate what He hates. When Jesus told the woman caught in adultery, "Neither do I condemn you, now go and sin no more", he actually confirmed God's moral law in the Old Testament. However, in that narrative and throughout the New Testament, the emphasis is on being gracious and compassionate to offenders of God's moral law due to an understanding of our own sinfulness.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Conservative

Additional comment from candidate:
That I am aware of, I am the only person seeking federal public office that specifically states I want to rescind the religious component of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Rescinding the religious component of Title VII would allow an employer of any size to legally value and promote spiritual development in their employees. Jesus did not teach his disciples in the confines of the four walls of a religious institution or home but as He walked with them in every day life. I believe that the answer to America is not primarily in "legislating morality" but in carryout the Great Commission that Jesus gave to His followers. As a public servant, within reasonable parameters, I will seek to grant equivalent freedom to people of other belief systems also.
