QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Murder is a state offense in most cases. Abortion is murder regardless of the circumstances and should not be allowed in any state.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.

Strongly Agree

I stand to rescind TItle VII of the Civil RIghts Act to not apply to private business of any size. If people understood what happened to longstanding and successful Christian business Voss Lighting in 2013, I believe more people would join me. What happened sends a message to all businesses to give up their religious liberty or remain under the 15 employees. Religious liberty is protected by our constitution. We need to rescind laws in keeping with our constitution, not make more laws.

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

What should be the relationship between the church and the state?

The church should seek to influence the state in every way possible. However, as much as I would like everyone to become a Christian, I want them to come freely rather by government coercion. With constitutional religious liberty (freedom from the government) being progressively stripped away, "freedom for religion" has been by and large turned into "freedom from religion" in our everyday lives.

NATIONAL SECURITY

With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.

The United States government has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regard our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. When we do decide to intervene in the case of imminent danger, we should use the force necessary to seek to win quickly and decisively. The church of the Lord Jesus in America should aggressively seek to help to meet the needs of all people who are subjects of tyranny in the uttermost parts of the world and take along with them His gospel message whether that is in evangelism or the encouragement of other believers.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Choose not to answer

I am simple working American trying to raise seven children to love Jesus and all that entails and minister to people in my community. If elected to federal office based on principles I believe in that are being consistently violated, I will devote myself to being as educated as possible on the issues that I will be voting on. If you read the common sense and wisdom I believe I share in the issues I do address, I will seek to apply that common sense and wisdom to other issues.

The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.

Strongly Agree

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Though I do believe that we should keep as strong of a military as we can afford, the real answer to Islamic terrorism is that light drives our darkness. We should amend Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 so that it doesn't apply to private business of any size. Thus, Christian businesses can be more free to prosper and better fund the sending of Christian missionaries who are willing to give their lives to take the gospel message to the Muslim world. Rather than send me to the U.S. Congress, send me and my family to a Muslim country and we will go. I have talked to them about it. However, we can't even find a church that will have us even though they claim we give evidence of having genuine faith. So for now, I will continue to run for U.S Congress. I believe that self-seeking politicians in the U.S. Congress are a greater threat to America than Islamic Terrorism. I hope to have the opportunity to drive out darkness there also.

HEALTHCARE

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

Under no circumstances should the government or a public school be allowed to require vaccinations. However, in the case of a private employer, they should be allowed to require whatever they want to require. No one is forced to work in a particular private business.

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

I am running for federal office and healthcare is not one of the enumerated powers given in Article 1, Section 8 of our Constitution. I believe that tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms and the Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded. However, if we can do so in the context of a balanced budget, it should be de-funded in a progressive manner, trying to be fair to as many people as possible. We have gotten ourselves in such a predicament financially by allowing the federal government to get involved in so many things it should have become involved in, there is no way that we are going to be able to solve these problems without asking of us all to be willing to make a great sacrifice for the sake of future generations of Americans. Ideally, each of our fifty states has elected officials in their state governments that should be given to freedom to decide for the people they represent how to balance compassion with individual responsibility when it comes to healthcare.

ECONOMY

Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.

Strongly Disagree

The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.

Strongly Disagree

iVoterGuide Notes:

After evaluations occurred, the candidate expressed that his preferred response to this question should be “Strongly Agree “

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

It should be simplified and be a flat percentage for everyone. I also have no problem in doing away with federal income tax and making a flat percentage sales tax.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.

Strongly Agree

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

I am simple working American trying to raise seven children to love Jesus and all that entails and minister to people in my community. If elected to federal office based on principles I believe in that are being consistently violated, I will devote myself to being as educated as possible on the issues that I will be voting on. If you read the common sense and wisdom I believe I share in the issues I do address, I will seek to apply that common sense and wisdom to other issues.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

I am a member of the Gun Owners of America who I believe to be the best "no compromise" 2nd amendments rights advocacy group. Unless shown to clearly to the contrary, I will follow their lead.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

ABOUT YOU

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Choose not to answer

I thought that was the reason I was doing this survey. I could answer on a wide range of issues and people can decide for themselves how to classify me if that is what they want to do. I am definitely a fiscal conservative, though. I believe we should only spend what we bring in.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Outside of a press release by US Term Limits telling of my signed pledge to support a constitutional amendment for term limits, I have not received or sought any press coverage as a candidate but have chosen to run my campaign on a grass roots basis.

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No.

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

Fiscal Discipline and Constitutional Religious Freedom are my legislative priorities. I have also pledged to support a constitutional amendment for term limits with the organization US Term Limits. Former Congressman and Presidential Candidate Ron Paul is my political hero and if elected, I will seek to stand by our constitution as he did, even if I am the only one standing. I have had many opportunities in my life to choose between better off financially and doing what is right and by God's grace I have consistently chosen to do what is right. On the door of my refrigerator in the home I grew up in was a sign that said, "success is not what your bank account says but what a wonderful human being your child is." I have seven children and given that so many people have told my wife and I that they are the best children they have ever seen, I consider myself to be an extremely successful person. However, it is all God's grace. Often when I worship, I find myself jumping up and down, especially when we sing of what Jesus did on the cross for me If you knew of my sin yet understand how good God has been to me, you would understand why I worship as I do. Though I fail miserably every day, it is the goal of my life to honor the Lord Jesus in everything I do. My greatest goal in my life is to be able to hear "well done my good and faithful servant, welcome home." My biggest fear in life is hearing the words, "away from me you worker of iniquity, for I never knew you." Therefore, I "make every effort to make my calling and election sure." The spiritual wellbeing of my children are my biggest priority in life. I am terrified of becoming corrupt as has happened to so many who have gone to Washington D.C.. However, as God's grace has sustained me thus far, I trust the same grace will keep me on the straight and narrow even while serving in the U.S.Congress.

VALUES

Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

King Solomon wrote, "He who walks with the wise grows wise but a companion of fools suffers much harm". The apostle Paul wrote, "Do not be deceived, bad company corrupts good character." In accordance with our 1st amendment, I believe people should be free to associate with whomever they choose in private entities in accordance with their own religious and moral values. When it comes to government entities, political office holders should be free to hire or appoint people freely also.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that the Christian bible is Divinely inspired and thus the New Covenant that Jesus died and rose to establish should be the final authority in all aspects of our lives. I have been a horrible sinner saved by the grace of Jesus and the quest of my life is to know more fully how wide and how long and how high and how deep the love of Christ is. He must increase and we must decrease. Therein lies the power of followers of Jesus.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

I am running for federal office

EQUALITY

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Strongly Disagree

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism in and of itself is not a threat to the domestic security in the U.S. However, it is a threat to the spiritual security of the U.S. which will inevitably end in domestic insecurity. Christian churches should lead the way in combating the spiritual danger of racism. Please see the page on my political website titled "A Beautiful Story" to see how I have personally combated the evil of racism, even without the aid of churches that I sought so diligently to be apart of, so much that i was willing to endure unjustly being put in jail for six months, be put in the psychiatric ward of the jail for six weeks, and on suicide watch for four days, just to try to have a chance to be a part of a church that shared my basic beliefs. So if anyone want to claim "black lives matters" to me, they have no idea what I have gone through in seeking to partner young black men who came from fatherless homes and were high school dropouts with wealthy business men who could support me in helping them. However, I did this freely rather than through government coercion. I believe almost every single word of Dr. King's "I have dream speech". However, it was the way that the Civil Rights Movement sought to fulfill this dream that was in error. President Lyndon B. Johnson declared a war on poverty. 58 years later and a per capita debt of $90,000 as a share of our national debt, our nation as a whole is now in economic slavery.

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Agree

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

I 100% oppose the shutting down of the Keystone Pipeline. I also believe that many of the present environmental laws and regulations are uncalled for and unjustly cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. However, I remain openminded to issues affecting the environment and if elected to congress will seek to educate myself as much as possible on any issue that will possibly negatively effect the environment and will not be afraid to support regulations that may cost jobs and hurt the economy if I am convinced it is the right thing to do.
