What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
The Founding Fathers understood what biblical principals of man's sinful nature required that separation and limitation of powers. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a longtime member of Calvary Chapel of Philadelphia. My faith in Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior is shaped by my Christian background and traditions where I relied on the Bible as God's Word. Growing up to a father who was a Deacon and my mom, who was a Mother at New Galilee MBC, Burdette, AR, I sought to live a life of holiness in my thoughts, words, and actions. Daily, I believe in the power of prayer and spend time in prayer and in the Bible. I treat every person with integrity and respect, even those with whom we may disagree on matters of my faith and morals. I was taught and believe that every person has been created in God's image, and God's love is offered to all mankind, and no person can fall too far to be reached by God's grace.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Additional comment from candidate:
I am an American politician, businessman and a retired U.S. Navy Vietnam Disabled Veteran. I ran as a republican candidate for the PA 08 Congressional District in 2010, with a passion for solving local problems and serving the local community. Out of great love for God, family, and country, I am currently running for PA-02 Congressional District. The district includes portions of North Philadelphia, South Philadelphia, and West Philadelphia along with Lower Merion Township in Montgomery County. I was born in Luxora, Arkansas, 4 of 7 children, to a son of a sharecropper, and joined the United States Navy in March of 1972, under the delayed enlistment plan in the Navy’s Brother Duty Program. I was deployed onboard the USS Prairie AD-15, a destroyer tender in Subic Bay Philippines, when I was temporary assigned duty with the USS Denver, LPD-9 during a national crises in Vietnam, and in 1975, I brought the last refugees into Subic Bay, ROP.
