What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
I believe that a fear of God, Our Creator was on the minds and hearts of our American Founders as they sought to be able to serve God and raise their families to enjoy freedoms given to us by God.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a born again Christian. My Dad was a Baptist preacher in the Hazard, Ky area until his death in 1985. I believe that my responsibility as a Christian is to serve the Lord and be a servant of God to any and all people that I have the opportunity to serve. I believe that the church has a responsibility to get out from the 4 walls of a building and help our communities. I believe in the God's institution of marriage between one man and one woman. I believe that we should raise our children to know the Lord, To fear the Lord, and to be a servant of the Lord to others. I believe that Christians can and should serve the Lord no matter the occupation they have and influence our communities for right.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Very Conservative
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I am very conservative as an Independent Baptist preacher. I was very conservative serving our state and a Ky State Trooper/ Detective. I realize and have saw the results of removing God from our Schools and public places. It has resulted in the lack of respect that people have for God, themselves, our country and other people. It is shameful to think that our great country founded on Judeo Christian values has been undermined by the liberal agenda of the day. The attempt to remove God from every day life, the attempt to disarm American citizens and take away religious liberties that are the foundation of our country. The disrespect for our veterans who have fought the good fight for our freedoms in America. The taking away of our jobs in southeast Ky. The fight against coal and the ability for our families to be provided for by those who work in the coal industry.

Additional comment from candidate:
I pray that the Lord allows me the opportunity to represent the people of Perry & Harlan counties. I know that we as communities are hurting because of the lack of jobs in our areas. I will work hard as their Representative to try to bring good things to our counties. I will be someone who people can call and talk to and will work to represent all people.
