The belief in the "fallen nature" of mankind, hence the need to carefully define, separate, and limit powers to restrain from the evil influences which ultimately result from unrestrained human authority.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I was a fallen person in desperate need of a Savior. By the grace of God, I have been born again through faith in Jesus Christ (John 3). I hold to God's promise that "any person found in Christ is a new creature, all things are passed away and all things become new!". As such, God's calling on my life is that I would be empowered by His Spirit to focus on doing His will and not my will. Furthermore, I am called to fulfill the calling of God on my life to fulfill the Great Commission...taking the good news of Jesus Christ to all lands. In Jesus Christ I have been justified, being sanctified, and ultimately will be glorified for all of eternity. I'm excited! Oh, to know Christ and be found in Him, this is life...this is joy.

My very conservative voting record as an Indiana State Representative during the 2017 and 2018 Legislative Sessions. I fully expect I will be endorsed by Indiana Right to Life and the NRA in this election cycle (as well as many other "Conservative" groups)!

Significantly less Government involvement in the economy, in our education, and in our lives! Less regulations. Lower taxes. More economic freedom for businesses and individuals.

Get the government out of the healthcare business. Free market innovations, offerings, and solutions would result in adequate, affordable, and accessible healthcare for all!

So, understand and am committed to Christian family values. - Successful business career...so understand the economy and jobs - Dozens of Christian mission trips to Romania, India, and Haiti...so understand government is not the solution, but is ultimately found in Jesus Christ. - Business trips and personal trips to over 30 countries...so understand global economy and diverse cultures. And the list goes on with the blessing of significant life experiences and numerous diverse friendships with wise and godly people.
