What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely. Our founding fathers I believe were lead by the Holy Spirit to ensure the opportunity for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. The checks and balances of our Constitutional Democratic/Republic Hybrid provides for that opportunity, if we can keep it.
Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

None
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a Christian, born into sin, saved by the blood of Jesus Christ, who was sent by His Father who loves us. Jesus lived among us, died for our sins on the cross, bore our sins for 3 days...on the 3rd day, he defeated death, hell and the grave by raising from the dead. He then continued to walk among us until He went to heaven, where He now sits at the right hand of His Father and prepares a place for us. He sent the Holy Spirit to comfort us, teach us and guide us until He returns for His Church. Therefore, I am a follower of Christ - being quick to forgive and look for ways to serve with a servant's heart. I don't force these values on anyone, but try to live my life as an example for other's to follow - thereby leading others to Christ, where He can change their hearts.
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Conservative

Additional comment from candidate:
I've been knocked down in life many times - if there's one thing I'm good at - it's getting back up and fight! Born with Spastic Cerebral Palsy, I was told I would never walk or learn. I chose not to listen, when I started school at age 5, I walked without assistance and was always at the top of my classes. I believe success is the result of consistent failures without quitting. In 2007, I suffered a TBI while working for the court system. For 3 years, I had to relearn how to walk, talk, write, see, listen and everything we take for granted on a daily basis. Today, I'm married to my beautiful wife and we have 2 awesome girls ages 4 and 1. We live on an 100 year old, 5 generation operating family farm. I have a diverse background in agriculture, local/state government and judicial government. I don't have all the answers, but I'm a great listener and leader - who loves to serve with a servant's heart.
