Under no circumstances, life begins at conception. "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations." Jeremiah 1:5 Proud Co-Sponsor of multiple Pro-Life Bills.

ECONOMY
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
Lower the personal income tax and gradually eliminate. As Appropriations and Revenue Vice-Chairman, I am the Primary Co-Sponsor of HB 8 that accomplishes this epic step for all Kentuckians, making us more competitive for families and businesses.
What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?
As Appropriations and Revenue Vice-Chair, I have personally Primary Co-Sponsored multiple budget bills and served on budget conference committees that has budgeted to our needs, not our wants...while bringing our budget reserve trust fund from a negative 5 days to a positive 45 days. Also in HB1 of 2022, we chose not to allocate $1.1 Billion of taxpayers hard earned revenue, thus returning it to whom it belongs...the taxpayers of Kentucky. We are now top 10 in the Nation for our record Budget Reserve Trust Fund.
