Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
NONE. I am unabashedly 100% Pro-Life. I reject the notion that an unborn baby’s right to life should be contingent on his age (i.e., stage of development), whether he was conceived through consensual sex, whether his biological parents are related, or his mother’s emotional well-being/psychological health. Although I acknowledge the legitimate philosophical question presented by a pregnancy that's defined to represent a very high risk of death to the mother, I'm informed by the American Ass'n of Pro-Life Obstetricians & Gynecologists that such cases are nearly mythological. The constant, repetitive incantation of this myth by pro-aborts to attempt to create death loopholes in statutes designed to protect the unborn is simply not justified by medical science. I will champion legislation to save all babies. Because every life is precious and genuinely pro-life Congressmen do not yet comprise a majority on Capitol Hill, I'll also support legislation that will save only some unborn babies.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
First, man was created free by God Himself and he should remain free to the maximum extent plausible. Second, men are not angels, and they will - individually and collectively - nearly always gravitate toward selfish interests and pure avarice, and the exercise of political power to protect their parochial interests rather than the general good of their society. This truth applies whether the consideration was protecting man from government or protecting one branch of government from the others.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I had the good fortune of being born to Christian parents. Their example and teachings played a major role in my spiritual development. I was never without a moral compass and Christian instruction. Those beliefs and values inform my ideological worldview & policy positions. The $64,000 question for a candidate is: do you really believe what you are saying, or have you simply made a crass political calculation that it behooves you to spout that line? Is it from the heart, or is it from your consultant’s playbook? There are so many cowards and liars seeking and HOLDING office that this question now MUST be asked, and asked most vigorously and pointedly. One must now undertake a spirited and skeptical investigation into the heart of all candidates to see who among them speaks with forked tongue. Sadly, at least two fellow candidates are political cross-dressers: Julia Howard & Ted Budd might self-identify as conservative, but they are no more a conservative than Bruce Jenner is a woman.

Of 17 GOP candidates, I'm the ONLY ONE who publicly endorsed Ted Cruz for President, publicly opposed the election of Boehner, McCarthy, and Ryan as Speaker, and is more politically incorrect than Donald Trump. I have an extensive record as a radio talk show host, columnist, employee of both Congress and political groups, and Conservative Action Project member who signed countless letters pressuring Republicans to stop caving. I don't base my opinion on what I think others want to hear. I base it on what I believe to be right. I consider my mission to be more important than my position. My lifetime of activism for conservative causes was recognized on the national stage when the American Conservative Union selected me to receive the prestigious Ronald Reagan Award at the 30th annual Conservative Political Action Conference. I have even been arrested (peacefully) outside Speaker Boehner’s office for protesting his gutless decision to cancel the floor vote on the late term abortion ban.

Here’s who should – principled CONSERVATIVES: (1) with traditional American values who believe in a strong national defense & REAL border security; (2) who are sick and tired of political correctness & overly sensitive homosexuals & pro-abortion feminists & gun-grabbers & Mother Earth worshippers & overspending & over-regulation & endless taxation; (3) who see the insanity of burdening our children with trillions of dollars of debt we borrow from the communist Chinese to pay for free schooling & welfare for illegal aliens, and for sex change operations for the tragically confused; (4) who think Obama shredded the Constitution, did nothing to stop Islamic terrorists and cravenly betrayed our ally Israel by giving Iran the bomb. I'm going to fight the liberals in the Democratic Party and the cowards in my own Republican Party — and those in GOP leadership who surrender to the Left far too easily, too often & in matters that are far too important.
