The actual meaning of the First Amendment has been twisted and contorted to a point where the Freedom of Religion is under attack by the very Amendment designed to protect it. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

This false notion, is a perfect example on the assault of FREEDOM of Religion, Speech, and due process.

The CONGRESS Shall NOT respect an establishment of religion, or prohibit the free exercise thereof. State and Local run Government schools, shall NOT "prohibit the free exercise thereof" or otherwise they must RESPECT the religious Freedom, of not only students, but faculty, employees, and parents. The illegal banning of all things religious, or should I say Judeo, Christian religion, only began by improper SCOTUS rulings starting in the 1980s. Yes the STATE needs to stay out of promoting religion, especially the new age, wokeism religion it prefers over Judeo/Christian religion.

C - with much improvements over funding, management, and coverage. Strength laws for protection of pre-existing conditions, tort reform, allowing for portability of insurance across state lines, portability of insurance from employer to employee, no limitations on when, where and how you can buy, health share networks, tax deductible health savings accounts for all, mandatory price lists and quotes without regard to a person's ability to pay or insurance coverage, do not allow price gouging by doctors, medical groups and hospitals based on insurance coverage, etc. Pharmaceutical companies must also be subject to the same liability as all and eliminate protections afforded them. Return to Free Market practices across the medical community. Promote and encourage independent research and options, alternatives, versus group think, mandated medicine out of Washington, CDC overhauled and stripped of authority and power to dictate, what essentially is one sized, and faulty medicine. Its FUNCTION should be ADVISORY in nature, and focus on analyze and reporting of information (eg. VAERS) as opposed to censuring and filtering out critical information based on political advantage.

C - America First, we should be cautious, judicious, and selective on any use of our military. ONLY the US CONGRESS may declare WAR, We need to abide by the Constitution which has been ignored for nearly 60 years on foreign entanglements.

Eliminate same day registration, Registration must be fully completed before the first day of voting commences. Paper ballots. Chain of custody, VBM should be rare, exception based: only to those on military deployment, and those who have verified their ballot request with a legitimate, hardship (to vote) issue, whereby they cannot reasonably make it to the polls. Full verification of political parties, of their own election judges, poll watchers, & workers. Right to observe the check in and validation of voters and the voting process, machines, equipment, software, networks, etc. The right to fully, forensic audit all elections, and every ballot in every election. Required continuous clean-up of voter rolls, by coroner reports, USPS change of address, and other government data sources, with local verification.

No it is not. Yes, there is and always will racism, as people all are sinful by nature. However we arguably eliminated through the most deadly civil war in all human history, and subsequent constitutional amendments and acts of congress, encouraged by protests and movements, and illegal and horrible actions over centuries up until this day. We have arguable stricken laws and the means of institutional, formerly lawful protected racisms. Today's problem may still be cultural and mostly individuals and fringe groups, however it's neither systematic or institutional, and in the event either arises, that is already unlawful. And should be dealt with under the law. We must continue to work to change hearts and minds, and respect all as God's likeness made in his own image. Congress job is to firmly support and defend the 2nd Amendment against federal, state and local efforts to infringe upon it. The right to bear arms as unequivocally stated in the Bill of Rights: "A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." It is the 2nd Amendment which protects the 1st Amendment and all other Rights of the American Citizen. If you want to reduce violence by any means whether firearms or not, a well-armed and regular citizenry has proven time again, to reduce crime and violence wherever it is protected.
