RIGHT TO LIFE
Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
None.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive taxpayer funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

When government increases the minimum wage, the price of all goods increase. Higher prices have the highest impact on those in a lower socioeconomic bracket. Mandating a high minimum wage also hurts small businesses and entry level workers.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
My call to public service came from God’s plan for me and my family. It was God’s calling that led me to run for office and it is His call once again that brings me back. Since my first election, I have become a respected voice for prosperity, limited government, and innovative policy solutions in Austin. Many of my legislative achievements have received national acclaim and several are now national model policies. With God’s blessing, I have the strength and vision to continue to serve our community.

The goal of reliability is best met with a mix of gas, coal, nuclear, wind, and solar. Texas enjoys a vast supply of inexpensive and reliable natural gas. So that should be the foundation of our supply.
