QUESTIONNAIRE
RIGHT TO LIFE
Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).
Strongly Agree
I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.
Strongly Disagree
Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
If a woman has been in a serious accident and is in danger of losing her life; however, this almost never happens.
ECONOMY
Redistribution of income is needed to lessen the gap between the wealthy and working classes.
Agree
The government should cut spending in order to reduce the national debt.
Agree
They can reduce the 18 National Security Agencies ("alphabet soup") down to about four, since this is where I see the majority of unnecessary spending. They can also discontinue cell phone surveillance of all Americans which is an invasion of privacy under the Fourth Amendment.
What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?
I would need to research this more fully in order to provide an educated and informed opinion.
RELIGIOUS LIBERTY
Religious liberty is at risk in the United States and deserves the highest level of protection in the law.
Strongly Agree
Since I have been discriminated against and targeted as a white Christian woman for over 22 years, I must strongly agree with this statement.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
Strongly Disagree
What should be the relationship between the church and the state?
A close one, like husband and wife! There should be no separation and in fact, the only reason there is one is because then Senator LBJ tacked it onto a bill in 1957(?) and no one read it, so that is why it got passed. Even so, there should still be no separation between FAITH and state. America was founded on Christian principles and we base our laws on the Bible. We are the only nation to do this which is the reason why we are the number one superpower in the world. If we don't continue to closely align our laws with God's, then we are destined to become another third-world country. And being a patriot whose father died for our country, I just can't let that happen!
HEALTHCARE
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None.
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.
B.
NATIONAL SECURITY
With regard to America's foreign policy, which view most closely resembles yours: A) The United States should intervene whenever freedom is threatened. B) The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny. C) The United States has become too involved in others' policies and should remain focused on issues regarding our own sovereignty unless in imminent danger. D) The United States should stay out of foreign conflicts completely.
A cross between B & C.
I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Strongly Disagree
The Chinese Communist Party poses serious military, cyber security, intellectual property, and global economic threats to the United States.
Strongly Agree
Chinese investors are currently buying up large homes in the midwest and these buyers/potential buyers and their affiliates should be investigated for possible charges of treason.
What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?
I was told by our guide on a trip to Israel five years ago that Muslims make no bones about it there - they are out to take over the world and especially America. I feel that if they are found to be engaging in any treasonous activity, they should be deported immediately.
IMMIGRATION
The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.
Strongly Agree
Continue building the wall for sure.
State and federal funds shall be denied to any public or private entity, such as a sanctuary city, that is not in compliance with immigration laws.
Strongly Agree
Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?
Anyone should be allowed to immigrate as long as they follow the immigration policy. Illegal immigrants should be deported.
VALUES
Sexual orientation and gender identity should be protected classes in non-discrimination laws.
Strongly Disagree
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.
Strongly Disagree
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I am a true Christian and I try to live my life according to God's Word. I serve God not money, and I cannot be bought.
ELECTIONS AND VOTING
People should be able to vote without photo identification.
Disagree
What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?
I would eliminate mail-in ballots and all voting machines that have been or could be compromised. We must have free and fair elections.
EQUALITY
Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.
Disagree
Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
I don't think so. The real threat is our corrupt legal system which does not provide "justice for all" and has caused movements like BLM. We wouldn't have racism if the legal system was overhauled.
ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT
I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.
Disagree
Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.
A.
ABOUT YOU
When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?
Conservative
Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).
I wish I had some, but I have run four times for high office and could not get any mainstream publicity. The only thing I can show which validates this question is that as CEO of my non-profit organization the Association for Honest Attorneys, I published a quarterly on-line newsletter from Oct. 2004-Oct. 2020 that evolved to become worldwide. We were educational/faith-based and while expressing my conservative views and opinions, I quoted the Bible in every newsletter for 16 years.
Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.
No.
What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?
In addition to being a true Christian who can't be bought, I am 1/16 Choctaw Indian so I am a woman of color. My father was a fighter pilot killed in Viet Nam who served 22 years in three wars, so I definitely support our military and veterans. I worked for the police department in the early 80's so I support Blue Lives and funding the police. I taught myself the law like Abraham Lincoln and helped people take 12 cases to the United States Supreme Court. Finally, I drive a 22-year old truck so I hope this shows that I am a "regular" person. We need more women, more Christians and more regular people in office or we are not truly represented. As far as my legislative priorities, I want to: overhaul the legal system and help end the pandemic, help people get out of debt from Covid by implementing a plan that helps bridge the gap between the rich and poor, assist President Trump in completing his campaign promise to remove innocent Americans from the terrorist watch list, and ensure that my father receives the Medal of Honor. I found out 15 years ago that he died in 1965 trying to save the life of his wingman and I have been trying to get it for him ever since. Senators in KS and OK failed in their efforts to assist me, so if I can get into office I will just get it for him myself. Also, this is the fourth time I have run for high office (ran for KS governor in 2010 and U.S. Senate in OK in 2014 & 2020), I have had to use mostly my own money, and I am drawing Social Security now. My donation and contact buttons are always blocked as well as any new FB friends, and I cannot acquire publicity. So please tell people I am running and that the primary in OK is June 28 and in KS on Aug. 2. I don't want their money, just their vote!
CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY
Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
Agree
I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.
Strongly Disagree
2ND AMENDMENT
What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?
None that I can see. People need to keep their guns since the government keeps trying to take them away.
Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.
Strongly Disagree
How ridiculous.
