My legislative priorities are to end the colonial military policy of the USA, and move the country toward a post-carbon economy.


CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.
