Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Life of the mother where the baby is not viable such as tubular pregnancy

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I have a strong belief in my Christian faith I believe in: Parent’s rights, not the right of the state to parent. the dignity of all persons, but especially, the most vulnerable amongst us. support and protection for women who find themselves in difficult pregnancies, that they may realize they have a right to choose life. And in the case of women who find themselves post abortive, have access to the counseling and healing that they need. the common sense application of the law and local control, lower taxes and freedom from the nanny state.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

When I was the Sate Rep in the 47th my first bill repealed 8 pages of state law. I am responsible for parents getting a notice if their underage driver gets a ticket. I sponsored legislation to fund transportation without a tax increase. I was opposed by the teachers union and the “National” Abortion Rights Action League not just the state.

Additional comment from candidate:

The 31st District is likely to be the 50th Vote to give the Republicans the majority in the state house. It is not good enough to have the Republicans have the majority, we need the right kind of Republicans. So even if you are not in the 31st this election affects you and I would like to ask for your support at 50thVote.org.
