What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The Founding Fathers understood that man is flawed and that we would draw power unto ourselves, and exercise it to control others. In order to protect against our nature, and a tyrannical government, they carefully define and limit the roles and powers of our Government in the Constitution.

Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, voters, Congress, Supreme Court

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

My opinion, based upon my deeply held belief that all life is precious and holds value, is that everything should be done to preserve any life if at all possible. In the case where it was between the life of the mother or the child, that would have to be a decision made between a woman and her doctor after exhausting all possibilities to save both lives.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I firmly believe that we are one nation under God, and that our Judeo Christian values formed the bedrock which brought forth this great nation. I believe that God created every man, woman and child for a purpose and I value every human being because of that. I believe that the Bible is Gods written word, and is true. I believe that these biblical values, and our Constitution, are the foundation on which I strive to live my life. I believe in finishing what you started, keeping your word, loving your neighbor, honoring our elders and our veterans, and the value of work ethic.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Very Conservative

Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.

I have been a lifelong conservative with a very solid background as a Father, Husband, PCO, Republican leader and Pastor. I have been a strong proponent for life, limited government, individual responsibility, and the founding principles of the constitution and our God given unalienable rights.

Additional comment from candidate:

I am the only Constitutional Conservative Christian candidate in the race, and i believe it is time to change and restore the culture of Government. Insuring that once again we the people are the government, and we treat each other the way we would like to be treated with respect, value and understanding. I believe solutions are found when the power and representation are closest to the people. I am committed to insuring that all of Washington has a voice, and is represented. Please visit my website at www.ElectMarty.com to see my 10 point policy plan and learn more about my 3M Project designed to bring government and business together to find local solutions to local issues. God Bless!
