ObamaCare: The Federal government has no Constitutional authority to dictate/mandate it's citizens purchase anything they do not wish to purchase. Healthcare is a State issue. Border Security: One of it's Constitutional duties is for the Federal government to keep America safe and secure. Border security is essential in this regard. Veterans: The Federal government has a moral obligation to use our tax dollars in a effective and efficient way to ensure our returning veterans have the necessary medical treatment they deserve.

17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?
I believe there are reasonable circumstances where it should be left to the family or victim (of rape or incest, health of the woman, etc) to decide what is the best course of action for them based on a variety of circumstances. Example: I do not believe we should prosecute a 13 year old victim of rape who then decides with the help of her family to take a morning after pill to prevent the pregnancy from continuing. Reasonable circumstances.
