QUESTIONNAIRE

RIGHT TO LIFE

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Mother's Life in danger

Abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood, should not receive funds from federal, state, or local governments (including Title X grants).

Strongly Agree

I believe in the sanctity of life. Government should not condone abortion or be involed in the practice. Government should not allow for any tax payer dollars to be used to perform these procedures by any government or private entity.

I support 'aid in dying' laws which legalize assisted suicide and euthanasia.

Strongly Disagree

When one on longer respects life, can they be trusted for anything? The Declaration of Independence states life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are inalienable rights given to all man.

ECONOMY

What changes, if any, should be made to the tax code?

Lower Corporate Taxes Reform Property Taxes

What government spending would you reduce in order to balance the budget?

Higher Education Environmental Overreach

Taxpayer-funded public education should be guaranteed through college.

Strongly Disagree

Government should not guarantee nor use tax payer dollars to fund higher education for students. Government should not be in the business of funding our universities. A college degree is not the right pathway for every student.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY

Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

Strongly Disagree

Government should let businesses alone as long as they are not breaking any laws. Government should not dictate who a business does business with nor how it provides products and services to their customers.

Under what circumstances can government close churches?

None - our first amendment protects our churches from government. William Penn's vision was for Pennsylvania to be the model for religious freedom

HEALTHCARE

What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D)Tax-payer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be de-funded.

C. - I strongly believe health care works best in the private sector with private insurance. This creates competition which encourages individuals to do their best.

Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?

None - vaccinations should be a personal choice

NATIONAL SECURITY

What should the United States do to help eradicate the threat of Islamic terrorism?

Close the boarders.

I support the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel to withdraw from occupied territories, remove the separation barrier in the West Bank, allow full equality for Arab-Palestinian citizens of Israel, and promote the rights of Palestinian refugees.

Disagree

Israel is a trusted friend and ally of America. They are also a sovereign nation. These decisions are up to the people of Israel and its government.

IMMIGRATION

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

Strongly Agree

Yes, without a doubt. Build the wall. Have everyone follow the legal procedures to come to the US.

Who should be allowed to immigrate to the U.S. and under what circumstances?

Only those that follow the legal protocols.

EDUCATION

I support school choice, including voucher programs, tax credits, charter schools, private schools, and home schools.

Strongly Agree

I support school choice of all type. One size does not fit all. I also support the money following the student.

VALUES

Judeo-Christian values established a framework of morality which is necessary for our system of limited government.

Strongly Agree

If all mankind would follow Judeo-Christian values we would not need government. However since we are all fallen man we need a limited government to keep law and order an a semblance of justice for all.

I support adding gender identity as a specially protected class in non-discrimination laws.

Strongly Disagree

I believe in equal rights for all. I strongly oppose special rights for anybody and any group.

Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition

Strongly Agree

I believe the definition of marriage outlined in the Bible, one man and one woman is the perfect union and should be the only one considered a marriage.

I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Strongly Disagree

CRT in of itself promotes racism

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe Jesus gave his life on the cross for my sins and for everyone that excepts him as Lord and Savior. I believe the Holy Bible is the Word of God and it outlines how we should live or lives.

ELECTIONS AND VOTING

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

Strongly Disagree

Voter Id is imperative. We need to show Id for many other other things even less important than voting.

What laws would you propose to change present voting practices?

Repeal Act 77 and implement a new law that includes voter Id and signitures. Also makes ballot harvesting, canvassing and excepting ballots after election day illegal. I'm also in favor of eliminating mail in ballots and improving on the absentee ballot program.

EQUALITY

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?

Racism tends to be promoted in government, by the media, and in our education system. Amoung the folks in general, within our churches and by working families racism is not an issue.

Reparations should be given to people on the basis of race.

Disagree

History cannot be changed. Reparations only devides further. Going forward all man should be treated equality. Our constitution provides inalienable rights which is also for all mankind. This needs to be upheld for everyone, no matter the race

ENERGY & ENVIRONMENT

Which comes closest to your view? A) Stricter environmental laws and regulations cost too many jobs and hurt the economy. B) Stricter environmental laws and regulations are worth the cost.

A

I support the use of hydraulic fracking to extract oil and natural gas resources.

Strongly Agree

Pennsylvania is blessed with a large reserve of natural gas. This should be being utilized to help make our Country energy independent.

ABOUT YOU

What do you think is the general purpose of government?

Safety of the people, law and order, military for border protection and roads are priorities. Most everything else can be handled by the private sector in a capitalist society.

When you consider your views on a wide range of issues from economic and social matters to foreign policy and religious liberty, which of the following best describes you overall?

Conservative

I believe as a people we should respect one another and live together in peace. We must continue to live as free people. We should not spend more then we earn. We should communicate with other nations and assist then as we can.

Please provide publicly available information, including interviews and media reports, validating your answer to the previous question (other than your website).

Lancaster Patriot Newspaper

Have you ever been convicted of a felony or been penalized in either civil or criminal court for sexual misconduct? If so, please explain.

No

What else would you like voters to know about you, including your legislative priorities?

I believe the founding fathers were correct when they said the power should remain with the people and the elected officials should be servants. Whenever this is practiced it works well. Today for some elected officials it has become a selfish ambition.

CRIMINAL JUSTICE & PUBLIC SAFETY

Police officers should be personally immune from prosecution for conduct consistent with departmental policy (qualified immunity) while on duty.

Strongly Agree

It is imperative that we respect our law enforcement and provide them with the immunity they need. Governments first responsibility is to keep the people safe.

I support redirecting funds from police departments to mental health and community programs.

Strongly Disagree

Mental health concerns should be funded separately from law enforcement. Mental health is a separate issue that needs greater attention and funded seperatly. It has grown into an epidemic from the shut downs related to the pandemic and the increased drug use. Now we see increases in overdoses, suicides and school shootings, etc.

2ND AMENDMENT

What restrictions on gun ownership are needed to protect public safety?

None other then keeping then out of the hands of criminals.

Victims of gun violence should be able to sue firearms dealers and manufacturers.

Strongly Disagree

The gun is not the problem. It is the wrong person getting their hands on a gun. We must address the issues that leads some people to use guns to harm others. Victims should not be able to sue gun manufacturers and dealers.
