Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

I would like to say under no circumstance. If a mother's life is truly at grave risk then that would be a reason.

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe the Bible is the word of God. Jesus came, lived among man, was crucified for the sins of man. Belief, exception and a relationship with Jesus is the only way to salvation. My favorite chapter in the Bible is First Corinthians 15. It says it all.

Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?

Conservative

Additional comment from candidate:

My biggest concern is that the legislature has given our agencies way to much authority. These people, "bureaucrats" are unelected, have guaranteed positions, retirement plans etc. etc. and are unaccountable, unidentified and hide within the agencies. They make regulations faster then the legislature can put laws in place. Why do we just except this? This over regulation is crushing our job creators and bankrupting our State and our Country.
