Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Abortion should be allowed for life of the mother.

What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

The Founders did not want to entrust too much authority in any one individual because absolute power corrupts. The Constitution gives specific duties and powers to each of the 3 branches of government as a check and balance against any one person or branch gaining too much power. As a legislator in Pennsylvania this is a battle we are fighting with a Supreme Court that has usurped legislative power.
