I have worked since I was 13 years old. I was a USAF dependent growing up and was married to a retired USAF pilot. As a technical writer, I have worked in a range of industries and for a variety of professionals. My experience as a FINRA licensed financial advisor was an invaluable learning experience.

Under what circumstances should an elective abortion be allowed?
To save the life of the mother.
Chemical abortion drugs should meet essential safety standards (such as in-person consultation with a medical doctor) and require reporting to gather evidence on reactions and outcomes.

The minimum wage is counter productive and reduces job opportunities for those who need them most and forces many businesses to close. The lack of products and services is especially troublesome for our small rural communities.

I cannot think of any circumstance under which the government should close churches.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.

HEALTHCARE
What most closely matches your view on healthcare: A) Healthcare for all should be guaranteed and funded by the government with no private healthcare option. (includes "universal healthcare," "medicare for all," etc.) B) Healthcare insurance funded by the government should be available for all who want it, along with private healthcare options. C) Medicaid and Medicare should remain available, but no other taxpayer-funded programs are necessary. D) Taxpayer funded health care should be abolished in all forms, and Medicaid and Medicare should be defunded.
C Privately funded healthcare for the elderly should be possible, but for the indigent, I think we will have to provide tax-payer funded care.
Under what circumstances (if any) should a government, school, or employer be allowed to require vaccinations?
None. I hope we never repeat the mistakes we made during COVID.

Yes. They are our friends and allies. They are a beacon of democracy in the Middle East.

The U.S. should do more to physically secure the southern border.

We must close our border for the safety and security of our people and to preserve our national sovereignty.
EDUCATION
The state should fund education by allowing dollars to follow the child through programs which protect parents' freedom to choose their child's school – public, private, or homeschool.

Children are the most vulnerable members of society and must be protected from abuse, including gender ideology, grooming, and bodily mutilation.

We need to provide compassion and care for children who are experiencing gender dysphoria, not surgeries that mutilate and drugs that cause irreversable problems. If adults decide to make these choices, the taxpayer should not pay the financial cost for their elective procedures.
Marriage is a God-ordained, sacred and legal union of one man and one woman. No government has the authority to alter this definition.

I am a traditional evangelical and confessional Lutheran (LCMS) Christian. God is the creator of the universe and of all life. He is the light of the world; the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom.

People should be able to vote without photo identification.

We must provide photo ID for almost every other endeavor in life. To not require it exercise one of our most precious rights of citizenship is dangerous nonsense.
States should join the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact which makes the Electoral College irrelevant.

Is racism a threat to domestic security in the United States? Why or why not?
DEI is a form of racism and poses a grave threat to the domestic security of the United States because it does not honor merit. We need the most capable and talented people in positions of responsibility no matter their race—race should not be a consideration. DEI is an insult to all Americans and causes disharmony and suspicion between the races rather than bringing us together to work toward the common good.
I agree with Critical Race Theory (CRT) which asserts that the institutions in the United States are fundamentally racist.

Biological males should not be allowed to participate in women's sports or occupy biological women's spaces whether it be bathrooms, locker rooms, sorority houses, women's shelters, or prison.
