The government can not dictate religious beliefs to its citizens, nor, are they allowed to endorse any particular religion. People have the right to determine their own religious beliefs without interference from the government. Freedom of religion is to protect the pulpit from the government.
Individuals and businesses should be required to provide services even if it would violate their moral and/or religious beliefs.
