What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?

I would imagine that America's Founders in their God given wisdom realized that man is inherently pulled more to evil than good. Should men (and women) fall away from following Christ then there would need to be some stop gaps to slow the deterioration of the country that these checks and balances are suppose to supply.

Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?

Only when the life of the child cannot grow to term such as a tubal pregnancy in which the child will not survive and to continue will kill mother. (On Question 15 Industrial Hemp is part of the same family as marijuana but has very little THC)

Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross for my Sins and arose on the third day. By confessing my sins to him, asking for forgiveness, and acknowledging him as Lord and Savior I will receive forgiveness and eternal life. I am saved by God's Grace.
