The United States Congress must take actions to legally and constitutionally guarantee those under our laws the God-given right of "Personhood" from conception until natural death, so the unborn, the born, the disabled, the defenseless, the inconvenient, and the elderly will not be executed. The defining of "Personhood" (deserving of protection under law) is among the many things that need to be accomplished by Congress.

People were not prepared for the fact that human life could be produced for the purpose of harvesting cells or body parts for the benefit of others. We thought this was still science fiction from some futuristic Star Trek age. Congress can no longer put off the ethical, constitutional, and legal questions surrounding the use of embryos and clones and must provide them with protection.

There are times when terminating a pregnancy could be morally and medically justified. Such times include when the injured or severely ill body of the mother cannot support her life and that of a developing child, when the womb is filled with tumor and no viable child is present (hydatidiform mole), and when the child is not viable, such as a child developing without much or any of its brain or head (anencephaly).

Our Constitution requires that all who earn money in the U.S. have equal protection under our laws. It is improper and unjust to unequally tax and otherwise punish any group of people, rich or poor. No one has shown that those able-bodied persons who are not working, who are earning low salaries because they are unskilled, and who are on welfare are saints and those who are farmers, skilled workers, business owners, and professionals who are earning money and working long hours are sinners.

The checks and balances intended by our Founding Fathers remain in the hands of the Republicans. I pray the Republicans have the wisdom and courage to keep our Constitution safe and intact, to reduce our taxes, to reduce the size of our federal government, to reduce government spending, and to fire bureaucrats who are woke and are otherwise a danger to our Liberty and National Security.

A rational society does not force people to provide goods and services that are contrary to their religious beliefs. Jewish delicatessens should not be forced to cater ham sandwiches to Saturday football parties. Muslim restaurants should not be forced to cater pork kebabs. An operating room nurse should not be forced to participate in abortions. Teachers should not be forced to instruct students that sexual transitions and unrestricted abortions are normal and must be accepted by everyone.

History has shown how easy it is to accelerate the elimination of the inconvenient as the Nazis did starting in 1935. Governments, healthcare insurers, and heirs stand to gain financially by denying healthcare and prematurely terminating patients. Is the elimination of the ill, disabled, and elderly to be the final solution for solvency of the welfare state? Some already believe that “health care should be withheld even from those who want to live” once they have reached 75 or 80.

The United States should selectively help countries trying to grow democracy and fight tyranny.

The military and economic philosophy of the People’s Republic of China is to make other countries poor, dependent, and enslaved. The PRC enslaves its own citizens and as many people as it can in other countries. If it were not for President Donald J Trump and his Administration, China would eventually dominate and enslave the United States of America, replacing our leadership and our population with Chinese masters from the PRC. We must continue to choose strong leaders who are bold and wise.

Yes, because Israel is our single close Ally in the Middle East and the World. The United States and Israel lead other nations in the development and innovation of military preparedness, national security including cyber protection and warfare, and Artificial Intelligence. In these dangerous times Israel and the United States are indeed fortunate, and blessed by God, that leaders of wisdom and courage like Donald J Trump and Binyamin Netanyahu stand in firm opposition to tyranny and Evil.

Islamic Terrorism is dangerous because its adherents are dedicated to the killing of Jews and Christians and the destruction of the United States and Israel. Killing those who have worked hard and been successful fulfills the barbaric lust for vengeance and that occupies the hearts and minds of Islamic Terrorists. Most Muslims are peaceful people and are also the victims of Islamic Terrorism. Most of the people brutalized and killed by Islamic Terrorists are Muslims.

A sovereign nation must restrict and monitor the entry of people and goods. We must take careful actions so terrorists, foreign military agents and spies, criminals, and those infected with dangerous contagious diseases do not enter our nation. Work visas should be available for those eligible to legally work in the United States. Immigration should be preferential for those who bring needed skills and talents to our workforce and should keep out those who pose demonstrable threat concerns.

Far-Left Socialists establish sanctuary cities so they can refuse to enforce our federal immigration laws and can protect violent alien criminals from jail and deportation. This is a prime violation of the purpose for which our federal government was created -- to protect the American people and our nation from those who seek to do us harm.

The teacher unions, with the administrative and financial support to the Department of Education, have brought the education of the American student to the very bottom of the top 40 nations in the World. The Department of Education needs to be closed with education returned to the control of the individual states and communities, so highly competitive innovation will take place. Federal law must outlaw curricula based on progressive ideologies and should promote universal school choice.

Convincing children they are not the sex God made them is criminal child abuse. The sexual confusion the child is experiencing is manipulated so the child wants medication and even surgery to make them appear to be the opposite sex. God made us male and female, so these abused children become increasingly confused, psychologically disturbed, and medically ill. Trans children need great amounts of help and support as they recover their biological sexual identity.

The marriage of a man and a woman has remained the foundation of societies throughout human history, long before the advent of nations or politics. The marriage of a man and a woman is a fundamental construct of God, obligating our government to protect the institution of marriage between a man and a woman.

There is a Creator, who is the Judeo-Christian God. The laws of God, including the Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule of Jesus Christ, are unchangeable moral laws that govern us and are the basis of all valid human laws. God has given us unalienable rights that other humans and governments cannot take from us. Our government was established to protect these rights that God has given to us. Christ demanded accountability and responsibility for self, for family, for community, for leaders, and for nations. These Judeo-Christian principles of the Ten Commandments and the Golden Rule of Christ remain the foundations of our Republic, of our Constitution, and of my life and my dedication to public service.

Voting must require absolute certain identification -- the same as is required for driving a vehicle on public roads, boarding an airplane, and carrying a gun. Securing proper identification may necessitate extra effort and some initiative on the part of the voter. Such efforts are necessary to prevent the ineligible from succeeding in registering to vote.

Before Barack Obama, women and little girls could safely use restrooms, public showers, and public locker rooms. Every Democrat serving in the United States Senate voted against banning disturbed males from participating in female sports and keeping disturbed males out of female toilets, locker rooms, and shower facilities. Democrats have done little to protect women and girls from sex slavery trafficking and want to leave our border open for the importation of women and girls as sex slaves.

The high electricity consumption demands of an advance civilization, increasingly powering Artificial Intelligence, must have reliable electricity production based on proven conventional energy sources, especially fossil fuels and nuclear.

Very Conservative

Following 9/11/2001, I wrote for TownHall.com, where my “One Nation Under God” series on the Judeo-Christian Foundations of the United State of America resulted in the American Communist Party naming me the third most dangerous person in the United States, right behind President Bush and Vice President Cheney. I wrote a daily online Conservative political blog as “Mr. Conservative” and was recognized as the “Texas Conservative Blogger of the Year” by Americans for Prosperity in 2009.

Children must be protected from those who would sexually exploit them or otherwise seek to harm them during online activities. Parents, legal guardians, our government, and good people must defend children and others who cannot adequately defend themselves and confront the Evil seeking to exploit and harm them.

Guns ownership should be kept from terrorists, other violent criminals, and the criminally mentally ill. However, the toughest gun laws are not going to make us safe from evil people. Laws against hijacking did not stop the Islamic Terrorists on 9/11/2001, and we already have God’s Commandment, “You shall not murder.” Disarming American citizens would only increase the chances for violence, as Evil routinely attacks the weak, the defenseless, and the unarmed.
