14. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.

1. The Affordable Care Act - this legislation destroys the free market system and replaces it with a government controlled economy. The ACA will not improve health care, but rather it is a means for control and redistribution of income. 2. Constitutional violations by the president - Our constitution tasks Congress with writing legislation, the Supreme Court for determining if those laws are constitutional and the president to enforce those laws determined to be constitutional. Our current president has violated this numerous times by refusing to enforce parts or all of laws he disagrees with - or by creating new laws through Executive Order. 3. Data collection and storage by the National Security Agency - I believe the current policy of collecting and storing data on innocent U.S. citizens violates the 4th Amendment protections against unreasonable search and seizure.

15. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?

To save the life of the mother.

16. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.

God, Constitution, Voters, Congress, Supreme Court and the Executive branch.

17. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.

I am a believer in Jesus Christ as the one and only Son of God. All of us come into this world separated from a relationship with God because of our sin nature. Salvation does not rest on our own goodness but rather through grace. Jesus' sacrifice upon the cross forever cancels out our debt of sin and allows us, if we accept the gift of payment, an eternity in Heaven. My personal relationship with Jesus is the foundation for all my personal values and guides my decisions day by day.
