15. What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers within the Constitution?
Our founding fathers did not want a king. They realized power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Therefore they developed 3 branches of government as a check and balance to keep our government “de jure” constitutional. Today they have become “usurpers” acting beyond they delegated authority. Thus violating their sworn oath of office and making all their actions “null and void” Norton v Shelby County 118 US 425.
16. Briefly list three (3) political or legislative issues of most concern to you, and explain why each is important to you.
(a) The “usurpation” of all the public functionaries now employed or voted in the American government. Each political functionary is mandated to act in the “de jure” (constitutionally). Every public functionary must act in accordance within their delegated scope of employment, and they are not. (b) The open boarder issue. It is necessary that the boarders are secure and that each alien that wants to enter into the United States must enter lawfully. (c) End all wars over seas and end the war of “terror”. These wars are not in the best interest of America. The American government has only one responsibility and that is to protect the American people.
17. Should abortion be allowed under extenuating circumstances? If so, what circumstances?
Abortion should be allowed on demand by the parties concerned and not funded by taxpayer’s dollars. Abortion is not and should not be a political issue. This is a distraction to keep the American people focus on issues that have not been resolved over all these years regardless of what party is in power.
18. Based on the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution, please arrange the following entities, starting with the highest source of authority, and continue the list in descending order of authority, skipping any that do not apply: Academia, Congress, Constitution, God, Industry, Media, Professional Sports, Supreme Court, Voters.
God, Voters, Constitution, Congress, Supreme Court
19. Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
We have freedom of religion in this country and we have no requirement to make public what our beliefs are. That flies in the face of the right of privacy.
