Emergency rooms at all hospitals within the United States are prone to admit patients who have fallen at home, or are having a miscarriage due to a car accident and/or a hit and run and need immediate health care. What happens when the patient is 4-8 months pregnant and the mother and baby's life is in danger? Most doctors in Louisiana will now consider letting both of them die out of fear that they may go to jail if they perform an abortion to save the woman's life. I'm against Pro-Death.

If the individual is terminally ill and has not hope in getting better, perhaps he/she should have his/her last wish granted. There are literally, dozens of military veterans that commit suicide each day due to not having the specialty healthcare that they earned and deserve after serving in Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan wars that caused them to become mentally ill, or physically ill from inhaling toxic chemicals from burn pits or trauma from losing a limb and yet the VA denies them healthcare.

Incest and rape. My younger sister Roxane was raped by several men who killed her after they raped her. The government should spend taxpayers money wisely, by investing $350B in the Agriculture Reform Act, by increasing 5 million new farms to the 1935 levels, there will be 25M permanent new jobs in SMART farming. Local food production will increase and the current GPD of 1.8 which is the lowest in 100 years, and it can be increased cumulatively by 0.5 annually thus reducing the national debt concurrently.

Make all US corporations and wealthy people should pay a flat fee of 15% to include all non-profits particularly religious organizations and political action committees (PACs), this alone will erase the national debt over a 20 year period. ExxonMobil's effective federal income tax rate was 2.8 percent in 2021, with $9.3 billion in U.S. earnings and $236 million in federal income taxes. The big oil companies within the US created the current recession and inflation that has hurt so many low income, middle class and small businesses. The big oil companies manipulated the price of gasoline and the stopped production--send me to Washington DC and I will sponsor legislation that will take away the power of big oil companies to set their own prices and stop production. If you are open to the public for business, you should provide services to all customers. However, if you are bias towards a certain group, you should close your business and make it a "Members Only" social club where only people with similar moral values and/or religious beliefs can congregate.

When the United States attacks a foreign country and starts a war in order to overthrow an undemocratic government and displaces millions of innocent people, then the United States should allow those displaced immigrants to come to the United States. I believe in God and believe in helping my neighbor and the needy. I follow Romans chapter 12 as the guide of my life. I grew up knowing that the best principle of wisdom is to fear God. My family and I are servants of God and the United States of America, I served 20 years in the US Air Force and my oldest son Lt. Colonel Michael Mendoza, has now served 20 years, and my youngest son Oggyrene Mendoza, has now served 12 years. So I know a couple things about supply and demand, enough to figure out that Big Oil companies manipulated gasoline prices and stopped oil production thus causing the current inflation that has affected your pocket the the price increase of gasoline, utilities, food and everything that you buy at home depot to where prices have gone up 100%. Big oil companies made the biggest profits ever in the last six months. Big Oil companies are not regulated enough because they set their own prices and stop production anytime they please as long as they make fat contributions to Senator Kennedy and the Louisiana GOP delegation. No funds should be redirected from police departments. Yes mental health and community programs are needed but those should be invested in line with the education system. Children should receive vocational training from 1st grade elementary school so that by the time they reach 12th grade they have a trade that can provide them an earning power of at least $15-20 per hour.

All gun owners should receive proper training before purchasing a weapon similar to what the US military go through. Depending on the type of weapon they should also pass a test on how to use the weapon as well as providing proof that the individual does not have mental issue.
