Under what circumstances should abortion be allowed?
In cases of rape and incest, and when at least 2 competent doctors go on record and determine that the life of the mother is at risk because of a major pregnancy complication.
What in the nature of mankind caused America’s Founders to carefully define, separate, and limit powers in the Constitution?
They intended to prevent the corruption that we have now, where all branches of government are manipulated and owned by special interest groups like pharma/chem. Donald Trump admits that he has PAID politicians for political FAVORS. Currently, the U.S. Congress and the Judicial System are TOTALLY CONTROLLED by high dollar donors like Koch Brothers and Citizens United. Human nature allows for free will of good/evil. The Constitution intended to BLOCK opportunities for evil misuse of authority.
Briefly describe your spiritual beliefs and values.
I believe in GOD, and in the U.S.Constitution as it was originally intended for America; Liberty, Peace and Justice for ALL. My spirituality is parallel with that. With threats of nuclear WWIII by Donald Trump, my conscience refuses to allow this havoc to happen. I love America & Louisiana. The descendants of the original settlers who came here from Europe, who killed Native Americans & raped their women, are the spiritually bankrupt individuals who now support Trump & David Duke the former KKK Grand Wizard who now bring out the worst of few people in America. Recent floods in Louisiana brought out the BEST in all of us as GOD wants--He says love thy neighbor, and help others. THE POWER OF GOOD UNITES US. I do not believe in an eye for an eye, but I do believe in justice, I believe in God and I believe in helping those that cannot help themselves and DAT is why I'm running for the U.S. Senate!
Considering all issues (social, economic, national security, etc.), which of these best describes you?
Moderate
Please defend your answer to the previous question by referencing your publicly available track record.
I believe that the U.S. Government should take care of all U.S.Citizens. Right now, millions of Americans are starving to death, unemployed and without healthcare. Meanwhile, Israel has free healthcare & free college education, at the expense of HUNGRY AMERICANS. When I get elected, I will propose a law that reduces World Foreign Aid by 20%. These funds will instead be invested in relief to flood & disaster victims, and to provide food/shelter to starving and homeless AMERICANS. I will also immediately propose a new law wherein all nonprofit organizations, particularly churches of all denominations, will be required to pay a flat 10% TAX, due monthly, and/or upon receipt of donations. This will stop the misuse/misappropriation of the MILLIONS of dollars in charitable donations, of which ONLY 5%-15% ACTUALLY go to the needy. For example, The American Red Cross received over a half billion dollars and yet only built 6 homes for Haiti victims. YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS ARE BEING MISAPPROPRIATED

Additional comment from candidate:
All GOP senate candidates, especially John N. Kennedy, Secretary of Treasury, supported Bobby Jindal's economic policies that gave $6 billion dollar tax breaks to the rich and left a $2 billion debt to be paid by you and me. For these reasons, I pledge to accomplish the following short and long term goals: Within 1-12 months: Obtain up to $6 billion for individual assistance to flood victims; recommend immediate executive action to end medical gauging such as the epic pen; Incorporate into the Affordable Care Act (ACA) the Humana Small Business Group Healthcare for small business owners, their employees and their children up to 26 years of age. Within 2-6 years: Obtain up to $6 billion in federal & private funding for the Louisiana high speed rail; Repeal the Clean Water Act; Pass a bill to legalize hemp to be used for new construction as bullet proof Hempcrete; Pass a bill for the Uniform Code of Police Justice to support police and to keep them accountable for their actions.
