This should not be a Federal issue. It should be left to state legislatures and courts.

The Constitution is the highest authority. Congress, the Supreme Court, and the voters all have assigned roles under the Constitution, but none, overall, has "more authority" than than the others.

I believe all citizens should be free to worship, or not worship, as they choose. I will not pass any law restricting the right of citizens to worship as they choose.
